We had an amazing time at the Wharf and this condo is just what you’re looking for! Our family of 5 slept comfortably and the condo had everything we needed. It was spotless, exactly as pictured, and the owner was super helpful and easy to communicate with. We’ll be back!

Family Vacation

Fun and exciting, room, kitchen, bathroom were clean, well kept, and well equipped, and even though just a 1 bedroom, having the built in closet bunk beds and pull out couch was enough to hold my family of 6! The real entertainment was outside, nearby stores and restraunts were great, oasis resort style pool was amazing, and if wanted the beach was less than a 7 minute drive. Definitely will be staying here again.

Great location, but bring everything you need!

It was very clean with a great location, but it does not come stocked with anything. It basically says this in the listing, but I guess I didn't realize what it really meant. At all the other VRBO locations I've stayed, there was usually salt and pepper and some basics in the kitchen for the first night since check-in is at 4:00 pm. If you need anything, bring it. The kitchen has nothing other than equipment. Think of a hotel here, except no coffee, even for one night. There is a tiny (maybe 1/2 oz.) bottle of dishwashing liquid, a few dishwasher pods, washer pods, and 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper. This may not be an issue if you plan to stay a week and buy everything, but if you plan to stay 1-2 nights, just know that you need to bring everything if you plan to utilize the kitchen at all.The beds were okay. The place was clean and there were several extra pillows and blankets, which we used since the original sheets and coverlet were very thin. We didn't use the bunks, but they were in a closet in the hallway.Again, the place was very clean and that was appreciated, but other than the location, I don't know if it was worth the money for 2 nights considering we didn't want to do a full grocery trip and would have liked a tiny bit more in the kitchen. I know they can't stock the place differently for people who stay 1-2 nights, but I was a bit disappointed for the price.

A family vacation to see a concert and to fish

The condo was perfect for our family of four. Everything you need is at this location. Food, shopping, music, and entertainment for the kids. The fishing nearby was great, and the kids enjoyed every bit of the trip.

Paradise Found

First time at a condo and VRBO. It was EXCELLENT! Beautiful condo, extremely safe and very quiet even with major events aeound. We will definitely be back! Everything was as advertised, service was prompt and helpful, the location perfect, and the experience much more pleasant and personal than a hotel.

Family vacation

Great place to stay for families. Loved that we could just walk to everything; shopping, eating and entertainment. We went over the fourth and it was a spectacular fireworks show. They shut the street down at night and had a bunch of kids stuff to do, bounce houses, face painted, balloon artist. The Oasis (the pool) was our favorite! Very convenient tram that can take you to and from but wasn’t a bad walk if you wanted to. Our place was super clean and loved the view! Very quick responses to our questions or if we were to have any concerns. 10/10 recommend The Wharf! We will be back!!

Great view

Stayed here for OBI. Place was clean and view from balcony was stunning. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for dinner and listening to the band play below. Only down fall was when we arrived we were left with a used roll of toilet paper which didnt last and there was not a second roll under sink. Toilet paper was cheap and hard. On the day of depature I went down to 3rd floor to grab our cart, came back up and sat it right outside our door with door open, walk to kitchen to grab groceries to start loading on it and someone had walked down hall and grabbed our cart and ran off with it. When we tried to go back down to 3rd floor to grab another cart, all were being used and there were none available. We had to wait for another to be returned. Its a bit noisy at night, so getting to bed early was out of the question. We also didnt like the Oasis pool was so far from the unit and no trolleys were running during OBI. However, the pool atmosphere was amazing and made you feel like you were on an island. All and all as a VRBO host myself Id say if it wasn't for the noise, cheap toilet paper and not having atleast a starter pk for the toilet paper, this place was cozy and welcoming and had pretty much everything you'd need.

Week at the Wharf

Love everything about the Wharf! Condo was nice, Oasis is Amazing, restaurants are outstanding and shopping is so easy. The only thing I would recommend would be to make sure shower curtain is mold free before guest arrive and the bed is on the hard side. We did not sleep comfortably all week. Everything else was perfect!
