Family graduation trip

We enjoyed a fun trip with family after my son’s college graduation. Beautiful condo. Plenty of space for adult children and 2 small grandchildren. Great amenities at Turquoise Place for all ages as well as lots of good restaurants in the area.

Great experience!

The condo was great and well decorated. But for paying over 5k for 6 nights I would have thought the master bedding would have been more comfortable my husband and I actually went to the spare fourth bedroom to sleep in because the beds were softer and more comfortable I also wish the kitchen was better equipped with measuring cups, etc.

November in the gulf

We had a wonderful time. Everyone loved the pool and the snack area downstairs. The views of the gulf are fantastic, and the condo had room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their vacation. Plenty of places close by to eat dinner.

Turquoise Place is awesome, D1301 not so much

Our family has enjoyed Turquoise Place in the past, and were excited to celebrate a family event there in June of 2024 in luxury. D1301's description sounded like the luxurious place we wanted, with enough rooms for everyone to enjoy privacy during the week, and each room having access to the wonderful balcony, and fabulous views. I was willing to pay the luxurious price for the expected luxurious stay, as previous stays in other smaller condos there have been wonderful. What we found was a condo in great need of attention - not the luxury I was paying for. One example: D1301's curtains were in great need of repair and replacement. One of the bedrooms had a broken curtain rod, in addition to large holes that allowed the early morning sun to shine like a flashlight into the room. All of the bedroom curtains have holes. When I called the property manager I was told that this had been reported by others who had stayed there, and they were having discussions with the condo's owners to take care of the problem. The curtain rod was fixed enough by the third day that there wasn't a gaping hole at the top of the curtains, but that was all that was addressed as far as the curtains go. A light cover was missing over the hot tub on the balcony, the lighting mechanism of the outdoor grill no longer works, there were touchpads in every room that are inoperable (one that constantly flashed in the master bath - someone came and removed it), and the furnishings have grown shabby from use.

Late vacation

The condo was beautiful but could see it has been used and is showing it.. The worst problem was the weather..cold and windy 😁😁the next issue was repair during the first 2 days drying out a water leak from the unit above us..bathe manager tried to put us in another unit but we had our mind set on this unit as our daughter had stayed there a year or so before.. Last but not the least was the sofa height..way to low for us seniors and those with knee issues

Mom’s 80th Birthday

This was the 2nd time I’ve used VRBO and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. My families stay at the Turquoise Place was awesome, the condo was amazing and you couldn’t beat the view. My entire family enjoy the experience so much we are considering making this an annual trip.

The location was perfect for the Beach and several excursions. Wish there was some sidewalks or better uber transportation but the location itself was amazing and the view was even better

Less than optimal

The pictures were beautiful, but once you got there it was a bit different. Toilet paper holders were broken, kitchen cabinets were peeling, uncomfortable beds, a zillion switches and nothing was labeled. The bonus was the property was huge and our family of 6 had plenty of space. I would stay again, just not in this unit.

Very OK

I’ve stayed at other Turquoise properties and this one was by far the worst. Outdated, damaged cabinets, dirty hot tub ( not the water, the head rests), front door doesn’t close well. The unit was very “worn”. I wouldn’t stay in this unit again for the money.

A large beautiful condo with everything

There was nothing missed during our stay at Turquoise Place 1301D. They even had flashlights for night time beach goers. Beach chairs were easy to rent. Parking was accessible. The grill worked. Very large condo with everything!
