Our family had a wonderful stay at Turquoise Place C1301. Our family stayed there at the end of July 2025; we had eight adults, one teenager, and two toddlers with us. There was plenty of space for all of us. The condo was very well kept and very luxurious. We appreciated being right on the beach, and the splashpad provided great entertainment for the toddlers. The onsite restaurant was a great place to get food and drinks. We were also very impressed with the hospitality of the facility staff and that of our hosts. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would consider coming back in the future.

Great spring break

We had a wonderful time even on the rainy days. !A few suggestions. Activities are not free but not expensive for kids. Bring 5-10/kid and beach towels. Have a blast!

Awesome Family Getaway!

Amazing Condo

The condo (room) was very roomy and beautiful. With 4 adults and 2 kids, no one lacked personal space. The furnishings and kitchen items were nice and even the balcony furniture was high quality. The condo did not leave the kids or adults bored. Multiple swimming areas gave plenty of room to enjoy yourself. Not one time did we visit one of the many wet areas did we ever feel crowded. We cannot afford to visit the condo often, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great place - didn’t want to leave

Beautiful condo with the perfect amenities for our 12 family members. 6 adults and 6 children 8 and under and it worked perfectly for each couple to have their own bathroom, closet and view. We had a blast although the weather didn’t cooperate most of the week. At least we had a great place to stay!

4 bedroom at Touquoise

Condo was clean and matched the online description. However, one bedroom did not have any window coverings allowing the morning sun to come in. I would rebook for next year.

Perfect view from every bedroom

C1301 was a beautiful stay. Our family loved every minute of our stay. I would advise to the owners to invest in comfortable seats on the outside porch: patio. Everything else was great

We booked this property because it met the needs of a large group as far as rooms and bathroom. We also booked due to having a hot tub available. While we enjoyed the size and space of the unit, we were disappointed in the amenities available. Apparently all hot tubs were closed in December. However, we were never notified of this. The outdoor pool and gym were also closed. They did allow you to use the pool and gym at the next door tower, though it wasn’t as convenient. As for the condo unit, the grill and one of the AC units were not working properly. The property managers were very helpful and had someone there quickly to work on these things. Small things we noticed were the door locks were either missing or did not work on several rooms/bathrooms, and the toilet handle was broken in one bathroom. Overall, it’s a very nice place and we enjoyed our stay. An employee of Turquoise Place informed us that many updates were being made to the building including all the hot tubs being replaced. We plan to return in the future to see those updates.

Great View

The condo was amazing ! The view from the balcony covers the bay to the gulf. We enjoy going to orange beach in February. You basically have the beach to yourself.

Renovation Escape

This is the second time I have stayed in this condo. It is impressive and luxurious. The folks at Alabama Getaways are responsive and attentive to any calls or texts. Will definitely rent this unit again.

Beautiful!

This condo was amazing! Very clean & large,. Each bedroom had a great view as well the the ocean view on the balcony! Staff was very responsive to our needs. Defiantly would stay again!!
