This condo has a great location with proximity to shops and the beach. We loved being able to walk downstairs and access the beach. We rented an umbrella from the chair company on the beach. The interior was spacious. I appreciated the washing machine and dishwasher tabs and lots of hooks to hang things.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The view from our room was perfect. We were able to see fireworks while in the balcony. Beds were comfortable. The only complaint we had was the skillets everything stuck to them even with oil. We had our own just in case.

Beautiful view

I really loved the location and the view was the best.The room was nice and comfortable. My only complaint was the coffee pot looked old with rust stains so i never used it and the bed wasn't comfortable to me but that's just personal preference. It could use some deep cleaning and some fresh paint..but I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great long weekend with 2 of our Grand daughters.We've stayed in many of the units in Harbor Place over the years and always had a great experience. This unit is direct ocean front and we loved it. Communication with the owners was great and everything went very smoothly. The beds are beyond comfortable and we loved the chairs on the balcony! Would definately stay here again if our timing is right.

Great Place

The condo was a great place to stay. Beautiful views and a quiet place to stay on the beach. The condo was clean and had amazing views. The facility (hallways, pool area, etc) could use some TLC or renovation. Carpet in the hallways need replacing. Grilling area worked out great. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking for the week! All in all, it was a good stay!

Great condo in quiet building!

We had a great time and would rent this condo again. Everything was as described and clean when we arrived. The building is smaller and on a quieter part of Orange Beach, but you can still get to stores and restaurants in 5 to 10 min. My girls enjoyed the easy beach access and the pool. I enjoyed not having to haul everything for the day to the beach, because it was so easy to run back to the condo for anything we needed. We rented beach chairs, which was convenient, but I didn't like not being able to pick my spot. As for the condo, the king bed was super comfy, and we spent lots of time on the balcony. I cooked most of our meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. As with any vacation rental, I always pack one good chef's knife and a non-stick pan. I used the dishwasher every night so clean up was easy. The building was quiet and other guests seemed to be mostly families. I highly recommend if you're looking for a fun OB getaway!

Great Located ok condo

The location of this condo ans the view from the living, and masterbedroom are fantastic. That took some attention away from the overall condition of the condo. We did find a couple of insects in the floor when we arrived. Several dishes were not clean in the cabinets. The vent fans in the bathroom are not properly installed. installed and the hole in the xeil39

Nice clean condo, building needs some work

Location location location

The location is just fantastic. It right on the beach. The indoor / outdoor pool was perfect for the kids and hot tub was an added bonus. It was not as clean as expected based on reviews. The refrigerator seal on the bottom wouldn't keep fridge cold because door wouldn't seal. After putting a case of bottled water against door, that was solved. My kids were not happy that the Wi-Fi was not working most of the trip. Yes, I know we were on vacation, but the evenings would have been more enjoyable for us parents if the Wi-Fi worked for the kiddos...lol! The balcony had seating for four that was prefect. It was wonderful to sit outside on the balcony and hear and see the ocean. Overall, I would stay again.

Our time

Personally, I love Orange Beach. We have been staying at the Harbour Place for the last 6 years that we have been coming to Orange Beach. This is our third time in 212, which I can say it has been overall our favorite room! Looking forward to many more years coming to Harbour Place! 😍

Nice older property. Had everything we needed for a nice stay. Smaller condo building,( we like that). Beach acess easy. Indoor and outdoor pool. Very nice place to stay. Will stay there again.

Overall it was a pretty good stay, although there were a couple of issues with cleanliness. The owner acknowledged the issue and made it right. Nice older condo, great location directly on the beach. I had some super noisy neighbors upstairs, making it difficult to sleep in late. But other than a couple of mishaps, I had a great time.
