It was the best place we have stayed. We had plenty of room. We found all the utensils needed. The only problem was the use of phones. My husband said all the metal & concrete probably had something to do with the signals. It was so nice we would love to stay again next year in the same unit. It was the most enjoyable and relaxing vacation.

Awesome property. So many pool features. Kids loved the lazy river and water slide. Great room and great communication from the property manager. 10/10 would definitely stay again. Literal only thing I would change is the water pressure in the showers but that’s pretty much par for the course on any vacation.

Great Fall Break

Condo was as described. Location was marvelous! Just steps from beach. Kids enjoyed splash pad, water slide and we all enjoyed lazy river. Will be returning in spring.

Fantastic property

This was the perfect getaway. The amenities and the beach were great. The location is great. We had some plumbing leaks several places in the condo at the same time but communication with the managers was quick and repairs were made timely. We would definitely would stay here again.

Family fun week!

This is our 2nd time visiting Oasis/ Phoenix west 2. My family of 11 stayed in 3 bedroom unit. Plenty of space for everyone. Very nice and clean. Since they’ve added the splash pad, adult pool and bar area with food made it even better. The family pool and lazy river needed to be cleaned better! Will see you next year for sure!!

Easy Peazy

We were very pleased with this condo and property. The second floor made access to all of the amenities and unloading a breeze. We travelled with a 3 mo old, 1, 3 & 5 year olds. It was easy access to the beach pools and grill. The balcony was a great place to see everything they were doing when we stayed in with the baby. The condo was very comfortable quiet and nicely furnished. It was a great trip for all.

True Oasis

Condo was very clean with all the comforts of home. The pools were well maintained , the food at the snack bar delicious and reasonably priced. Great location near grocery stores, restaurants . Wonderful for families

I would not choose to stay here unless I had small children

The building is very old. There is absolutely no cell phone reception. One night we had to walk out to the street to call and order pizza. You can only communicate via IMessage while on the property. They fail to mention in the description that you are required to buy a $60 parking pass per car, and you are only allowed 2 parking passes. Any additional cars must find off site parking. The beds were very comfortable, but the furnishing in the living area is old and dirty. The couch is filthy. The dining room table is made up of a mis match of chairs. The AC works. Every room has a bathroom which was a major plus. The pools area is great for children and adults. The adults only pool is so nice. The bar is a great thought, but the three drinks we got from there were the worst cocktails I have ever had. I got firecracker shrimp from the restaurant and they were so good that we ordered them again. The second time they were terrible. Both the bar and restaurant is very understaffed and the employees are overwhelmed. We waited over 10 minutes for ketchup. The gift shop is great and reasonably priced. They have 6 elevators but at busy times (evening) there is a 5-10 minute wait to get an elevator. Luckily the unit is only on the second floor and they have several staircases nearby

Beautiful condo

Condo was as advertised. Well decorated and very clean, nice furniture. Construction going on underneath unit until summer. Management company very responsive and friendly.

Second time, great stay

This was our second year in a row to have Thanksgiving at the condo. Definitely would recommend. Great communication and any concerns are addressed right away. Very clean, great view. 5 stars.

Absolutely AWESOME!

This condo was so awesome. Probably the cleanest rental property I've ever stayed in. The pictures in the listing were nice but some of the decor has been updated since the photos were taken. It is even nicer than the pics. The condo is on the second floor and just above the pool. There was a little pool noise but nothing unbearable. We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony and people watching and just listening to the waves. YES, you are close enough to the beach to hear the waves crashing. It is awesome! Each bedroom had its own private full bath. The primary bedroom was super nice and very roomy. You could almost put an extra bed in the walk-in closet! There is even an additional full bathroom. The beds were comfy and the bedding was crisp and clean. There were plenty of towels and washcloths in each bathroom. The condo is very roomy. The kitchen is very well equipped for every need. An ice machine is located on the wet bar. We took advantage of it to fill our small ice cooler for the beach and when returning home. There was a cost for parking, which was disclosed upfront. There are 12 floors of indoor parking with dedicated parking for condo owners. We always found parking on the floor we stayed on ... very convenient. There is also security on the grounds and at the gate. We never once felt insecure. The Phoenix West II also had many amenities for families including an arcade, and pools indoor and out. We will be back! It's a great place.
