Short vacation

The condo was nice, but needs some TLC. Duck tape used for bathroom tub repairs, a few other cheap repairs. Turquoise place itself was great. Amenities were top notch. Property management ( liquid life) was not very helpful with the 2 problems we had. Said the grill was broken before the stay and that they would provide a back up. They didn't. My 3 year old locked the half bath room door. They said they'd get someone to come fix it. We ended up getting the hot tub maintenance technician to help. They never responded.

A great place to stay

Start to finish, one of the best experiences for vacation. From booking, communication, the impressive and amazing unit, it's all top notch! We are keeping this unit on our list of places we highly recommend, and want to return to again someday.

Perfect condo for our family

In the ten years we have been coming to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach this is the first condo that was truly clean!! The condo is spacious and kitchen is equipped with all you need to prepare meals. We enjoyed the hot tub on the balcony. The complex had nice pools and a lazy river. The pools were dirty when we got there on Saturday but were cleaned on Monday. We hope to stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

We absolutely loved this unit! It had all the amenities that are important to us, it is conveniently located on the beach, and it was spotless. The cleanliness far exceeded any other condo we have ever stayed in. John responded to any questions we had immediately. Plenty of space, gourmet/fully stocked kitchen, well maintained, and just perfect for our family! We ended up having an extra kid tagalong, there was plenty of room and it slept 4 adults and 3 kids very comfortably. If you are looking for a unit on the beach, this is the one! You will not be disappointed! Thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful property!

Family Spring Break

We chose this condo because of the high ratings it received ….especially for cleanliness. The condo was Ultra Clean…everything from fridge, floors, showers linens etc. John and Sharon were fantastic and very responsive to any questions we had. This condo was perfect. The amount of room and all that came with it was amazing. We had a great time relaxing in the hot tub listening to the waves each night! Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful unit, great communication

We've stayed in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores condos more years than not over the last 15 or so years. This is a fantastic unit. Clean, up to date. Nice furniture, comfy beds, great kitchen. Comfy and plentiful deck furniture. Well stocked kitchen. Solid communication with the owner. With the disclaimer that we were there in the off season, Turquoise Place is great; the nicest place we've stayed in Orange Beach/Gulf Shores.

Turquoise place has become our favorite place to stay and this condo was perfectly appointed. Large spaces with cozy furniture..lovely views with plenty outdoor furniture ..comfortable bedding and a kitchen with everything you could ask for.
