Overall good stay. beds comfortable, arrival was frustrating with elevator wait time due to everyone else arriving and people coming up from beach but elevator wait was not bad after that. The couches are not very comfortable to sit in but overall would stay again

This was a great condo for my family of 5! We loved the extra space and the amenities are fun for kids of all ages. We've have stayed at this Phoenix before, and we love it!

Everything was perfect but once we got to the unit for the first time there were dirty towels on the table and the floors were so dirty our feet were black from walking on the floors when we first got there.

This place was fantastic! The resort is phenomenal, and this condo did not disappoint! There were 9 of us and we had plenty of space. The master bathroom and closet are huge and the 4th bath is a really great bonus. You won’t disappointed with your stay here. The view is outstanding! Bring binoculars! We saw sharks, sting rays, dolphins and more from the balcony.

The unit and property was great. The unit looked clean, but the floors needed a good scrubbing. I was surprised to have to pay for parking passes ($105), as a previous call mentioned they had passes for the unit. Other than that, all was wonderful

The view was beautiful great location.... very poor property management... check in horrible .... was waiting forever to get the check in code so I can go into my room. My child was sleeping in the lobby .... people check out at 11 am and check in is suppose to be at 3 pm so I don’t know how you can’t manage and clean do the inspection on time .... went into the room and the floors were still wet... obviously seemed like they took 30 min to clean up the place.... also before my trip I tried messaging and asking questions no one ever got back to me.....: for the money I paid I think I should have gotten better service ...

This was absolutely amazing. It was clean, well stocked (might suggest bringing more toilet paper, but there were 11 of us), the view was unbeatable. I even received text alerts ensuring I had everything and was satisfied.

Nice property and view. Right on the beach. Close to the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores for dining out. However, Elevators need work, 3-6 pm everyday was terrible. Instead of two make up removers please put hand soap in the bathroom. I was also told there were no hair dryers so everyone brought one, there was one mounted to the wall in every bathroom. Washer and dryer need an upgrade. If you put any towels in the washer it gets off balance and comes through the wall in the next room. More then one dish towel and a rag or two would be benificial in the kitchen.

Had an absolute blast. This property was as advertised... Very clean, very roomy, very beautiful! We had everything we needed, and more. The location could not have been better. We will definitely be staying at this location in the future.

Loved this location! About a 7 min car ride from the main area which was very busy and was more of a party spot. With young kids this building was perfect. Indoor pool for cooler times, outdoor pool, and beach front. Ver spacious and clean. The only down side was there were very few basics in the condo. No garage bags, toilet paper, salt and pepper. So if your driving pack some of those things!

Wonderful Complex! And great service! However- Unit 2910 was missing some basic things like a big pot and extra linens. We visited friends in Unit 1104 and saw the difference. Like no curtains in our unit. Don’t miss this property- but double check this unit before your reserve.
