Peaceful minimal aesthetic

I chose this rental because the pictures were so beautiful and it did not disappoint. It is very clean and the decor is minimal peaceful and relaxing. It is not overstocked with things that I don’t need while instructions were very clear on what I might want to bring. The beach/ocean view is incredibly beautiful of course and the pools are very convenient. Having Publix right across the street is convenient as well. Communication was very clear and friendly and I am looking forward to returning in the fall.

Our overall stay was awesome. The condo was beautiful and very clean. We had dolphins greet us almost every morning during our stay. We do want to report that the shower door does leak water onto the floor when showering. We always put a towel on the floor in front of the door or turned the shower head towards the wall. Being next to the elevator was annoying as we heard it all day long and early in the morning.

Perfect vacation

We loved this stay! Very pretty place, great beach access and plenty of pools and places for the kiddos to enjoy! Very family friendly, close to lots of things to do, places to eat, and Walmart for all the store runs!

Great location and Condo

Condo was excellent. Very clean and everything looked brand new. Furniture and accessories were beautiful. Kitchen was well equipped and location was great. Outside pools excellent. A+ rating.

Amazing spot!

Seachase is a great spot on the beach, and 903C was perfect for us. The renovation was expertly done and we really enjoyed our stay. The mgmt team and cleaning crew were top notch and easy to work with.

We enjoyed the condo. The view was spectacular! There was plenty of stuff to use in the kitchen. The beds were pretty comfy. One thing that I would like to mention is the pictures are not accurate to the condo. Thats not a bad thing! It is updated with more sand and beach tones. It looked very nice. The only problem that I had was the light fixtures and outlets were very dusty and the floors were so dirty that my socks turned greyish black. The shower didnt drain well and the bathtub spurts out a little orange color at first for some reason.

Beautiful View!

Condo was very clean. Easy check in and check out process. The view was spectacular!!! Condo could use updated, but the view makes up for it! Pools are nice and the beach is right there! When we went in August, it was not crowded at all. All in all, it was a great time!

VERY Unhappy

Halfway thru our stay we found out how to get to the beach. There was NO information of any kind - local events, places, restaurants, maps, nothing whatsoever. This was probably the worst overall experience we have had in our trips to the gulf.

The room was clean but it could use some smal cosmetic touch ups .A few door facings were damaged.

The exhaust fan in the master bathroom was making a squalling noise and the drains in the guest bathroom were slow . The hole place could use new paint , but overall it was clean and well stocked with everything you need , I would stay here again .

GREAT FALL BREAK GETAWAY

This was our second time staying at SeaChase for fall break. Very quiet and no waiting on elevators. Spectacular ocean view from master bedroom and living room. Pools and hot tubs were not crowded. Two groceries stores across the street.

Perfect for my family!

I have a family of 5 (2 small children, an infant, and husband) and this was perfect for us! Plenty of space for all of us and easy to get to the beach. The pools, indoor and outdoor, and abundance of hot tubs was great for our family. Definitely is a family friendly facility and will definitely be back here!

Great location but needs maintenance. Lots of mold in bathrooms. Second toilet flushing poorly. Needs paint just appears worn in general. On the beach with large balcony and great views.

Great location, quiet beach

Perfect spot in Orange Beach, shops across the road made it very convenient. Condo had everything we needed, and comfortable beds to crash into at the end of our long days. It was a bit dated, but we weren't worried about that. Cleanliness in bathrooms was not great, mould on shower curtains, possibly on shower tile also. Bathroom grout/seal needs to be replaced. Check-in/out was so easy, and had great communication in text messages received explaining the processes. Kids want to come back to Orange Beach every year now.
