Great Location!

This is a really nice house. It's in a small community with excellent parking. The security gate is a great feature. It's right on the beach. Highly recommend.

Golf weekend getaway

Enjoyed the space and convenience of this beautiful house on the beach. Photos match what property had to offer. We ran into a few small issues with the girl and tv’s, but the communication and responsiveness was great. Highly recommend for a large group looking for a great beach experience!

Great property but showing a bit of neglect

We enjoy this neighborhood and this house specifically but the property is starting to show a few signs of age. Missing most of the remote controls for the TVs. Door stopper constantly jammed up preventing us from closing tthe front door. Lights in the bedrooms are controlled by remote and will randomly turn on at various times, including the middle of the night. Would be a top notch property if they would take care of the small things

Great location for family vacation

Our family (10 adults, 8 kids) loved the location of this home. It fell short of our expectations in a few areas, most notably the downstairs bunk room has the bathroom vanity that services 3 bedrooms within the bunk room. There is no privacy for those sharing the downstairs space. This seems to have intentionally been omitted from the online description. That being said, we were able to work around that by utilizing the sofa bed on the third floor so we could separate the boys from the girls. When we left we notified the management company regarding some repairs that need to be made, and if these things are done the house should more easily handle cooking and cleaning for 18. Again-the location is a winner, just know going in that there is a single, split bath for the 3 bedrooms on the first floor, and the vanity for that bath is located within one of the bedrooms.

Much needed getaway

I planned thie trip for My Troop of Girl Scouts that are graduating this year and its our final year of GS fun. These stressed out seniors had the best time relaxing on the beach and swimming in the pool. We had plenty of space it was great!! I thought they would be glad GS is done- They are planning a reunion trip :) We may be back next year depending on college schedules. Thank you for sharing this wonderful space with us! we had the best time.

This property exceeded our expectations. Perfect in every way. We are parents and we had three adult children with us with their families. There was a place for everyone. Grandchildren LOVED IT. Beautiful in every way. Super access to beach. Great views. Just perfect. Wish I could have stayed longer than the one week!

Family Vacation

Comfortable and relaxing. Easy for the family to be together even in the kitchen preparing food we could all pitch in with out stepping on one another. Great access to the pool or beach. Hot water always ready for the multiple showers of our 13 people group. Loved every minute!.

Amazing

The property was located in a great location and loved that we had access to a private beach. They have excursions within 15 minutes away and would recommend for families of all ages. Our family had a blast and would definitely come back!

Awesome home

Our family of 15 enjoy the wonderful one week stay. Everything was as advertised! Closeness to the beach was definitely a bonus. The only negative was that we were notified that the pool would be closed one day during our stay as it turned out, the pool was not closed, but we were not notified of that. One suggestion we might offer. Since the beach is a major feature of this location a eay to sweep/vacuum the floors of sand would’ve made her stay more comfortable.

Eagles nest

Enjoyed our stay. Home supplied all our kitchen needs. Location to beach and pool was excellent. The two refrigerators were nice to have as we had to buy ice because the ice maker did not work. As for my family it would have been nice to have one more king size bed. We would have preferred 3 instead of 2. The downstairs area was nice for the younger ones. Close to restaurants.

Stephen’s Review

The property had several issues. Sinks that drained very slow. Low shower water pressure. Electrical receptacles that would not hold the cord that was plugged in. When you plugged a cord in it would fall out or lose connection. There was not a working ice maker on the property. With these issues I could not recommend this property.
