This was an incredibly relaxing vacation. The view of the beach from the condo was amazing. I loved that the master bedroom had a view also. The beach was an easy and quick walk. I appreciated that there was a lifeguard shack very close to the complex. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.

Elevator not working! Trouble with lock first day! Remote on tv out and it should not be guest responsibility to call! Host should call! And lounge chair motor should have been fixed within the month! Great view, good indoor pool, location good! Ac did not work last night there but host was unaware until today!

VRBO rented out a condo to me under balcony construction. The sound of drilling and having plastic taped over our balcony with no balcony tables and chairs present was not in the listing. The condo was beautiful, but the view and noice was alarming at 8:00 in the morning each day .

I hate to give a somewhat negative review, but I literally spent hours upon hours trying to find the perfect property. The description of this one said I'd have unobstructed view of the water and could watch sunsets/sunrises while sitting on the balcony. That would have been awesome...except ALL balcony furniture had been removed and the rails were taped up with heavy plastic, obstructing my view of the Gulf. If I'd known I'd have no balcony seating/furniture and an obstructed view, I certainly would not have rented. The owner never responded to my genuine concern, only an assistant who did not offer reasonable suggestions. Property manager never responded to two messages left, either. Also, I dropped something in the master bedroom when packing up. So i got down on the floor to retrieve it from under the bed...and discovered a dirty sheet and items in a trash bag under the bed. YUCK!Seriously, I hate leaving a negative review as bed was comfy and kitchen was well-stocked, and everything else was good, but having great balcony furniture with a great view was an undelivered promise/inaccurate. I intended to commune with God and soak in the awesome beauty of the Gulf on the balcony, but it lacked any furniture to sit on! I definitely did not get what I paid for!

Celebrated 50th anniversary here at Orange Beach. Absolutely beautiful view of the beach!! Watched the dolpins mornings and evenings from our patio. Adorable condo...will come back! So relaxing and comfortable. Owners were awesome.

This was the second year that we stayed in the condo and we will continue to book it. The location is great, the condo is very clean, and it allows us to have a very relaxing trip. I can’t think of anything that we needed that the condo didn’t have. The air fryer was a great addition! It’s one of the best values on the beach!

Beach vacation Jun 2025

Unit has a great view of the gulf. Easy access to the beach and both pools. Lots of parking. The overall complex is older but well maintained for a beach resort. We used the tennis courts to play pickleball and both pools, all easy to access and maintained.The unit is well equipped, it had everything for our cooking needs, good stove and new fridge. Bathrooms are small but suitable for the size of the unit also clean and functional. Nice towels were provided. Beds were comfortable and sufficient pillows and blankets. Master is a king mattress firm with a soft comforter on it which was a great sleep. AC was great not loud and would keep the unit at the set temperature. Plenty of room for a family of 5. Big family table for eating at.Walmart and Publix 10 mins away. Lots of restaurants in the area.The beach is amazing. Nice clean sand and plenty of room for tents. The resort is beside the public beach so there is a lifeguard in the area. There is a rental service for chairs and an umbrella if you need to rent.

Beautiful gulf view

We had a great stay. The view from this 8th floor gulf front condo is incredible. The location is very convenient, close to grocery stores and restaurants. To note - the fee for the parking pass isn't included in the rental charge and it's 50 per car. We had to bring two cars so we paid 100 to park, which is a little much

Worst Communication

Nice enough property for the value. WORST communication with host. Notes regarding the lock box and keys are not accurate. Had key issues all week, no response from host. AC went out on 3rd day. ZERO response from host. Finally contacted a human whose phone number was handwritten on the frig. Would never rent again
