There was a terrible musty smell I opened the kitchen cupboards and I about gagged very musty. I went out a bought some candles just to get through the week paint chipped in the bathrooms, refrigerator door was rusty, dining room chairs all stained kitchen cabinets all beat up I read the reviews on the condo and there were a lot of 10 rating and that is why we rented this condo. Next time I will pay attention to the 3 rating. This was not a very pleasant experience

We completely enjoyed our stay and the property was very clean and provided everything we needed. School was back in session so the crowd was small. Would definitely stay here again as the location was perfect, restaurants all around and plenty of happy hours! Extremely easy to check in and highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful week/weekend. Absolutely no issues whatsoever…

Good location, easy access to grocery stores (Publix) and the beach was not crowded. The room was spacious, clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with utensils. The only complaint is the master bedroom bed was very worn out and not comfortable.

The place we stayed in was very clean and overlooking the ocean....BREATH TAKING....The staff was very polite and helpful...The beach is right out the back door swimming pool, spa, workout room this place has everything..But the condo was very relaxing and the walk-in shower to me was awesome..Check in was simple and check out the same....Really enjoyed my stay and will be back...

Loved the location and the view. Condo had almost everything we needed. The negative things: Bed was very uncomfortable - was a regular king-sized mattress on a larger California King frame and there is about a 9-inch gap either at the head or the foot, depending on how you moved the mattress. Need a potato / carrot/ / apple peeler in the kitchen. Toaster only toasted one side of the bread, so had to flip the bread over and run it through twice. Need a broiler pan added to the kitchen - I had to use a fry pan under the broiler to cook shrimp. These are all relatively minor inconveniences but still need to be noted. We loved the spaciousness - master bathroom was awesome with the huge three-option shower. Plenty of soft towels and facecloths.

The dishes were dirty. The balcony was loose. The guest bed collapsed the second night we were there. The main room tv had to be reset. The shower nozzle in the guest bathroom was broken and we could barely get the temperature of the water to warm up. The nozzle in the master bathroom was loose and wouldnfal off.

My husband and I came here on our honeymoon the week of Memorial Day. We had a wonderful trip. We normally stay at a different condo and were new to staying at Summerchase but were very pleased with the condo location, cleanliness and cost. The beach was not crowded at all being on an end with no other condos immediately to the left. We rented beach chairs and were within walking distance to several restaurants and souvenir stores as well as a close drive to Wal-Mart and some of our favorite restaurants likes Doc’s and Bubba’s. The condo slept the two of us very comfortably and was perfect for our few days away. The shower and sink in the master bathroom were slow to drain so you did stand in a puddle before you could finish showering, but it was not a deal breaker. We would definitely stay here again when coming back to Orange Beach!

We had a wonderful two weeks when we stayed in this unit. It was really great to watch dolphins from the balcony almost daily. We had an issue with the shower handle the first day and Kenneth was there by the third day to fix it for us. The kitchen had everything we needed whenever we ate in. We were really glad when we found out that both the bedrooms were going to have the carpets removed and new tile flooring installed before our stay. We would definitely stay here again if it is available when we plan future vacations.

2 couples traveling together. We will stay here again! We loved having 2 king beds. and 2 full baths. We arrived to an immaculately clean condo. The furnishings are top notch. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked. Beautiful dining table. And, of course, those beachfront views. The owners do a good job of communicating check in details. We will stay here again. Highly recommend.

Worst property we’ve stayed in. Condo wasn’t clean. Mouse droppings in kitchen drawers. Carpets and walls filthy. Reached out to property manager with concerns and let them know I had taken pictures. They refunded the entire amount however we only had 2 1/2 hours notice to vacate condo. We had to find another property and pack up and move rapidly which seemed less than great customer service as we were the ones that were inconvenienced.
