"We had such an incredible time staying at the main cabin. The place was very clean, and the views WOW!! The cabin is surrounded by water in two sides and has a great sandy beach. The water was too low this time of the year to dock the boat, but was able to pull up on the beach easily. Boat launch is just down the road a little over a mile. Easy to drive to Oquossoc or Rangeley from here, but honestly this place has all you need! We are already planning our next weekend trip here. Owners were...

"Love this area!! This is our third visit to Saddleback and will not be our last. Beautiful home, great location! I could not have asked for more. The only minor disappointment was the fireplace was not working. Not a deal breaker, but we love to come back after a cold day of skiing and warm up by a fire. Again, wasn’t a huge deal and we loved our time there. Looking forward to the next trip in the near future."

"We booked a beautiful 3 bedroom cabin that had everything we needed. Our stay was very quiet. We were able to go on walks. We used the pool a few times. Very friendly and helpful staff! There’s a grocery store and gas station VERY close. "

"Wonderful, large property with ample entertainment options for every member of our small group of family and friends. We enjoyed the pool table, ping pong, air hockey, hot tub, and just relaxing on the porch with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. "There is not one negative thing to say about this property rental. The home is easy to get to, warm and comfortable, full of amenities, and the view is spectacular! We had a great time at Saddleback Mountain and exploring the area. We even saw two moose!! Would definitely love to rent again."

"Cabin is wonderfully renovated with modern conveniences while fully embracing the "get away from it all" theme. Property was super clean and easy communication with in-town property manager. Fantastic master bedroom and perfect kitchen and sitting area for meals, table games and just disconnecting from it all. Dock with adirondack chairs was peaceful. Loon Lake is perfect by itself, but the supplied 2 kayaks made it even better. Owner is fantastic. Hope to return soon. 5 stars!!"

"Great location on Akers pond with snowmobile access footsteps from the door onto the lake accompanied by great views from the home. We caught a handful of rainbows as well as other fish and when you wanted to change it up, you had direct access to the main trails for a good ride on the sleds. Tom was great and very quick to answer any questions that I had. His place was very comfortable and was supplied with everything one needs to really relax and enjoy the property to the fullest."
