"When you balance the comparative price of other places in the area and the quality of the room you get, this place was excellent, and I would stay again. Nice fittings, spacious, etc. It's a little quirky. There won't be anyone at reception when you arrive and the front door will be locked, anyway, regardless of whether you are within reception hours. Cons: Leider liegt es an der Hauptstraße, wer sehr empfindlich könnte ein Problem damit haben. Wir kochen viel, ein bis zwei Schüsseln mehr und ein Deckel für die Pfanne wäre super. (Sind aber Kleinigkeiten)"

Da ich nur zwei Nächte dort war, hatte ich damit viel zu tun... Das war am Ende nicht so toll. Toll eingerichtet, wenn auch ne menge einfach kaputt war. das hat auf der einen Seite Charme auf der anderen Seite schnitt ich mir in die Lippe durch eine kaputte Tasse. Im Sommer bestimmt richtig klasse. super...

"We had a great apartment, clean, large and well equipped, with good decor. The bed was big and very comfortable. The location is great it's very easy to access the centre of Groningen with a short walk. My only criticism would be that it was very hot and it was hard to cool the room down. That said we were there during very hot weather. But all in all, a great place to stay."

"Wir durften ein paar Tage in dem Ferienhaus Franz verbringen. Es war wunderbar ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut durchdacht. Es fehlt an nichts. Das Hunde hier sehr willkommen sind merkt man sofort. Fressnäpfe und sogar ein Hundebett gab es. Wir ( 3 Erwachsene und ein Hund) kommen gerne wieder.Gruß Famlie Tams"
