"Las toallas no estaban tan limpias no olían muy bien y se escuchaba mucho ruido incluso el tv de las otras habitaciones el desayuno en el segundo día era el mismo del primer día y lo que quedó porque ya no habían yogures para los cereales "
"A very interesting historical building and it’s pretty cool that It’s still operating as a hotel. I was very comfortable in my room. The staff was friendly. I had noisy neighbours downstairs, but that’s no fault of the establishment. Other than that I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Thunder Bay. "
"Very spacious and clean room. Very nice that room has two chairs to sit on. Usually other hotels has just one. We asked for room with easy access to our door and we got it. Red Squirrel and Chipmunks are living at nearby trees. Nice to see them around! Close to beautiful sunset spot, waterfront with lots of flowers. Three dollar self care Premium Car Wash nearby if you need one. Beautiful Duchesnay Waterfalls trails are 15 min drive away. Western side of the Falls are the best!"
"All staff we met were wonderful. In town so you're close to a lot of walkable eating establishments. Even though we're on the main highway, noise level was minimal. Grew up in the Sault and didn't know this place existed until I was searching for pet friendly motel/hotel. Definitely recommended. "
"This is one of the cleanest rooms we’ve ever stayed in and we travel quite a bit. We don’t usually stay in motels so this was a great surprise! It’s older but they’ve done a nice job. I would say though that they must change the windows (room 28) as the sliding glass windows do not have working locking mechanisms so I would never stay there alone! It was safe and quiet, but would not recommend for lone traveller or anyone who is vulnerable…The price was excellent and we’ll be back! "
