"Typical cabin in the north, was comfortable and quiet for the most part. There are train tracks about 100m away but the volume of traffic was low. Never saw the host, cabin was open when we arrived with our name on the cabin # sign. Nice place better than a hotel in my opinion. Stairs to the deck and front door do need some attention. Would stay again."

"Although most of the place was clean there were some very noticeable things that did not make our stay the best. There was mold in the shower and the blinds in the windows were very dirty and had holes making them not very effective. The living room furniture consists of a small love seat and uncomfortable chair. For a place that sleeps 6, a couple of couches are needed for comfort. It is obvious that this was a very rough house that has had some renovations done but there is lots of evidence of...

"The stone steps and wooden staircase to the front door are quite uneven, slanted and in poor repair. The driveway is uneven as well. We were 4 Seniors and found it quite difficult to enter/exit the building, particularly, with our luggage. The beds were comfortable. The overall property is tired and warn. The kitchen is fairly well equipped but could benefit from additional cutlery. We visit Sudbury regularly but will not rent this place again unless it goes through an upgrade."
