Nestled beneath the trees, the private hot tub offers one of the most relaxing experiences on the property. Whether you're soaking after hiking, spending the day on the lake, or simply unwinding beneath a canopy of stars, it's the perfect place to end your day. Before stepping in, we invite you to enjoy our custom cedar outdoor shower to rinse away sunscreen, lotions, makeup, bug spray, and lake adventures. This simple step helps keep the water crystal clear and comfortable throughout your stay. When you're finished, please replace the cover securely to keep the water warm, clean, and ready for your next soak. This isn't just a hot tub—it's your own private outdoor spa surrounded by nature.

🚿 The Cedar Outdoor Shower

One of our favorite spaces—and quickly becoming one of our guests' favorites too. Crafted from beautiful cedar and teak surrounded by nature, our SEASONAL outdoor shower offers a refreshing experience unlike any indoor bathroom. Wash away the lake, rinse off after a hike, cool down on a summer afternoon, or enjoy the simple luxury of showering beneath the open sky. As evening arrives, switch on the ambient LED lighting and the entire space transforms into a peaceful outdoor spa. Traveling with your pup? Feel free to rinse muddy paws before heading back inside. Just remove excess dirt and fur and give the teak floor a quick rinse afterward to help keep this special amenity beautiful for future guests.

Some of the best vacation memories happen after sunset. Gather around the fire pit beneath a sky filled with stars, roast marshmallows, share stories, sip your favorite drink, or simply relax while listening to the sounds of nature surrounding you. With very little light pollution, you'll enjoy incredible nighttime skies while the warm glow of the fire creates the perfect setting for couples, families, and friends alike. It's the kind of peaceful evening that's becoming harder and harder to find.

Just beyond the cabin, a gentle walk leads you to your own peaceful stretch of creek. Relax on the handcrafted wooden swing overlooking the water, unwind in the hammock beneath the trees, skip rocks, explore with the kids, or simply enjoy the calming sounds flowing through the valley. Many guests tell us this becomes their favorite place to enjoy morning coffee or end the evening listening to nature. Sometimes the best entertainment requires no screens at all.

Warm café Edison lights welcome you outdoors while subtle LED accents guide your way between the hot tub, fire pit, outdoor shower, seating areas, and creek. The result is an atmosphere that's cozy, romantic, and unforgettable—encouraging you to spend as much time outside as you do inside.

After a day of exploring, retreat to your private king suite designed for comfort and relaxation.
Stretch out in the plush king-size bed, stream your favorite movie on the Smart TV, or unwind beside the electric fireplace as its warm glow fills the room. Modern LED nightstands create soft ambient lighting that's perfect for reading before bed or creating a cozy evening atmosphere. Whether you're celebrating an anniversary, escaping for the weekend, or simply catching up on rest, this room was designed to help you slow down.

🚿 Main Bathroom

The full bathroom is conveniently located on the main floor and fully stocked with essentials to make your stay comfortable. Combined with the spacious outdoor cedar shower, guests enjoy extra flexibility while getting ready for lake days, hiking adventures, or evenings in the hot tub.

🛏️ Upstairs Queen Retreat & Loft

Head upstairs to discover a cozy private queen bedroom tucked beneath the soaring A-frame ceilings. Just outside the bedroom is an open loft featuring a comfortable twin bed with a hidden twin trundle, making it an ideal space for children, friends, or additional guests. The loft overlooks the cabin below, adding to the unique character that makes A-frame cabins so memorable while still providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for families and small groups.

⚠️ Loft Stair Information

Access to the loft is provided by a steep alternating-tread staircase (sometimes called a ship's ladder), a classic A-frame design feature that maximizes space while adding character. Because of its steep design, the loft is best suited for guests with good balance and mobility. It may not be appropriate for young children, guests with orthopedic concerns, or anyone uncomfortable climbing ladder-style stairs. Please use the handrail and exercise caution, particularly during nighttime trips downstairs.

🥞 Slow Ozark Mornings

Vacation isn't about rushing out the door. Wake naturally, brew fresh coffee, and gather around the table for homemade waffles before heading out to explore. We've provided a waffle maker and waffle mix so breakfast becomes part of the experience instead of another errand. Many of our guests say these slow mornings—with coffee, waffles, birdsong, and sunlight filtering through the trees—become some of their favorite memories of the trip.
