Vacaciones Algarve 2024

Muy buena, la casa muy cómoda para grupos grandes, está muy bien equipada. Lo único que echamos de menos es que no estuviera más cerca de los sitios turísticos

excellent host, very clean and tidy, good pool and jacuzzi, 3mins from supermkt, pharmacy, cafe's, fuel stn. etc,approx 20mins or so to beaches, 3 golf courses not far away, fully equipped kitchen , great outdoor and indoor dining, large living room , very spacious throughout, thoroughly recommend,

We had an amazing holiday. Great villa with excellent facilities and hosts. The local village of Moncarapcho is only a few minutes away with some really good places to eat out. Handy for the beaches if Tavira and Fezeta.

Overall good , furniture well used . Disappointed with basement bedrooms and a toilet there that you could not put paper down ?? Very good house manager . It’s a very quiet area and rural . Nice pool and seating area .

Magnifique villa très bien située à proximité de toutes les activités et dans un quartier tranquille. Location de voiture recommandée. Épicerie et restos à 5 minutes en voiture. Idéale pour une famille. Le proprio ainsi que Sara se sont occupé de nous rapidement et ont répondu à tous nos besoins. La cuisine est bien équipée. Vacances de rêve en Algarve. Je recommande!!!

Fantastisches Haus

Wir waren dort im Juni mit insgesamt elf Frauen, davon acht Teilnehmerinnen eines Retreats. Das Haus eignet sich sehr gut dafür. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, der Pool ist sehr schön, wir haben dort Aqua Fitness gemacht. Auf dem Tennisplatz, der für richtige Tennisspiele zu klein ist, haben wir Pilates und Yoga Lessons gemacht. Die Terrasse ist wunderbar, ein herrlicher Blick ins hügelige Umland von Moncarapacho. Herrliche Sonnenuntergänge. Toll ist, dass alle vier Zimmer im Erdgeschoss und im ersten Stock ein eigenes Badezimmer haben. Lediglich die Räume im Souterrain sind nicht so ansprechend und auch das Badezimmer dort unten war nur eingeschränkt nutzbar. Schön wäre es, wenn es noch ein separates WC im Haus gegeben hätte.

Heerlijk huis op een heerlijke plek!

Wij verbleven met onze 2 zoons en schoondochter en 2 kinderen van 3 en 1,5 jaar 2 weken in dit heerlijke huis in mei. Het huis is goed uitgerust en was voor onze 1,5 jarige kleinzoon veilig door traphekjes en een hekje bij het terras. Daardoor is er heel veel veilige bewegingsvrijheid. Het zwembad hebben wij laten verwarmen wat heel fijn was voor de kinderen. Het huis ligt op een rustige plek ( 5 villa’s op een rij) met alles op korte afstand rijden ( supermarkt, Olhao, shopping mall, restaurantjes ect). Op de foto’s van het huis zie je bij het terras nog zonwering hangen, dit is nu een vaste overkapping wat ideaal is! Wij hebben genoten van het huis en de omgeving!

Stay with family

House looks very nice but needs a lot of attention. Terrible beds, to hard to sleep, tennisrackets broken, pool table not complete. One bedroom in cellar is in fact storage room, no daylight. Smelly bedroom downstairs. Overall sure not 5 stars.

Very nice House with everything you need

Lovely House in the hills. Supermarket in 5 Minutes drive. The Heated Pool was wonderful. We were three Families with Children from 7 to 14 years. Would book it again.

Belles vacances à Moncarapacho

Tout c'est bien passé de notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ.La villa est spacieuse, récente et agréable.La cuisine est très bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire en électroménager.Lorsque le beau temps n'est pas au rendez-vous, le billard et la table de ping-pong sont bien utile pour s'occuper.Très bien située à quelques kilomètres de FARO, OLHAO et TAVIRA.

Villa in Moncarpacho

On arriving to the property we were met by Sara, she was super friendly and professional. We were shown around the property which was absoutley stunning, and our kids just loved that they had a games room and a cinema room. The pool and tennis courts made our stay even better

Family holiday

We’ve had a brilliant week. There was 11 of us and there was plenty of room. Everyone enjoyed the pool and game rooms. Used Uber to go out which was easy. Would recommend Colibri restaurant in Moncarapacho. Sara and Ian are lovely

Ferien mit Freunden

Leider können wir keine gute Bewertung abgeben und dies hat zwei Gründe. Wir waren 8 Personen und haben 5 Zimmer belegt. Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss und im ersten Stock sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein Zimmer im Untergeschoss hat kein Fenster nach draussen. Beide Zimmer im Untergeschoss sollten sich ein Badezimmer teilen. Leider war dies in dieser Woche nicht möglich, da eine Pumpe defekt war. So musste ein Bewohner ein Badezimmer in einer Erdgeschoss Wohnung teilen. Wären wir wie ursprünglich geplant 10 Personen gewesen, wäre dies unmöglich gewesen. Das Jacuzzi ist ein Whirpool (wird also nicht separat geheizt) und dies hat auch nicht funktioniert! "Villa with heated Pool" stimmt nur teilweise, denn will man es geheizt haben, muss man dafür bezahlen. Der Tennisplatz hat nicht die Originalgrösse, ist viel kleiner. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet und da hat alles funktioniert.

Ideal for a family or group of friends, spacious villa close to local village with amenities. heated pool was fab and used every day, good location for exploring the algarve and wider area. we would stay here again, fabulous!!

Great Villa in peaceful location

We had a great stay at the villa. Away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas of the Algarve but close enough to everything you will need, although I would definitely recommend a hire car. Lots of local restaurants in the surrounding villages, and easy access to the main roads to get around the rest of the Algarve and beyond. The villa had everything needed for a great family holiday. Great pool for the kids, and grandparents, to play in. Kitchen very well equipped. Pool table, table tennis and tennis court kept everyone entertained. For three generations of our family this villa worked well and was exactly what we needed. I wouldn't hesitate to book again if in the area.

Happy family property.

Property as described. Unfortunately the basement pump and electricity didn’t work, so two guests had to share other bathrooms and had sporadic air con for the week. Property manager was quick to try and fix problem, and kindly offered compensation. This did not mar the super time we had, the Villa was perfect for our party.

A fabulous family vacation across three generations

The house was super with a lot of space for 10 people. The pool was great and we were glad we paid extra to have it heated. Sarah who greeted us was terrific.

Great family villa

The Villa its self is located in a quiet area, it was easy to find from Faro airport. The local supermarket 5 mins away, inside the villa was clean and tidy. Good points are there was hand soap in each bathroom, there was condiments in the cupboards which made a huge difference to self catering. The knifes actually sharp to use. We also had some washing liquid, dishwasher tablets and matches left from previous guests which again really helped. the villa manager Sarah was very friendly and helpful. The basement beds really comfortable but the king sized not so much. Some of the bathroom/shower towels really small, and the pool towels small too. But a few were large. We found the ice machine in the fridge freezer didn’t work but ice cube trays had been provided. The water filter feature a bonus. The washing machine only worked on the last day of our stay unfortunately due to a sock in the filter from a previous guest, the manager did do their best to keep us updated on repairs. If you have anyone with mobility concerns this is not the right villa as access to the pool is via one of two stairways. Faro airport is small and understaffed at a peak travel period, June half term and we queued for ages on arrival and departure to get through passport control. Advise arrive much earlier than the two hours it suggests. We arrive 2.5 hours early and only just made the flight home.
