Guests have access to a generous 12m x 12m shared swimming pool, complete with a surrounding terrace and outdoor furniture ideal for relaxing in the sunshine.Inside, the apartment is equipped with air-conditioning in the bedroom, a cosy lounge area, Wi-Fi, TV, the kitchen is equipped for self catering and includes a coffee machine, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and electric hob rings, along with dining utensils.It sleeps two people in one bedroom, with the option of accommodating an additional guest upon on the sofa bed.The property enjoys soothing views across the garden, countryside, and pool. A private garden area with grass and trees enhances the setting.Outside, guests are welcome to use the communal barbeque, private on-site parking, sun loungers, umbrella, and terrace. Pool towels are provided, and the nearby area offers beaches, restaurants, shopping, a marina, and convenient transport links including a train station. A communal washing machine is also available. A refundable cash security deposit of €200 is required on arrival to cover any potential breakages or damages during your stay. This deposit will be returned in full on the day of departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
