We loved this house. It had everything we needed for our week long stay. Ronnie, just down the street, made sure we were well taken care of. Lots of room, super cool decorations, AC that kept the house nice and cool even in the unusual 100 degree heat. View the ocean from the porch swing and within walking distance to excellent bagels/coffee; beach; ice cream. Thank you!

We loved our 2 week stay. The house is very spacious and the location is great - it’s close enough to walk to the pier and beach but still had a neighborhood feel.The home had great upgrades include high-end appliances and grill. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. Host was communicative and welcoming. Will definitely stay again.

Belle résidence très bien rénovée à environ 10 minutes de marche à la plage. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. Les salles de bain sont très belles et fonctionnelles. Places de stationnements suffisantes. Le seul point négatif de cette maison est que la cuisine n'est pas équipée pour recevoir 10 personnes en même temps (table et chaises pour 6 personnes).

What a wonderful place to stay! There were 9 adults and an infant in our party and we worried that things would seem crowded. Actually, there was plenty of room and the walls and ceilings must be really thick because no one (aside from his parents) was disturbed when the toddler had a rough night. Easy walk downhill to the beach (consequently an uphill walk back, but that wasn't bad either) We are already looking into when we can come back!

We found this to be a clean spacious house that easily accommodates two families with teenage children. Kitchen includes large family style refrigerator, plenty of storage space and large kitchen table. The two living rooms allowed for board games in one and TV watching in the other. Beds and sofas were quite comfortable. Outdoor area was equally amazing with outdoor shower, large patio, picnic table, fire pit, etc. We had an amazing week! Highly recommend!

Nice location for walking to the beach and the Pier. It’s an easy drive to Portland too. We had plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 young children. The outdoor deck was nice. Didn’t get to use the fire pit due to some rainy weather. 2 full bathrooms made getting ready in the morning easy.

We stayed at the house to celebrate our son’s wedding in Portland Maine. The house was perfect for family and friends! Very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything anyone would need! The cost was reasonable, we would definitely return. This home is a gem!

Perfect location, the house was lovely, short walk to the beach. The beds are very comfortable, love the front porch swing, love the lay out of the house, room for all to have their own space. I will definitely return to this rental, owner was so accommodating, just a text away if you need any questions answered. How are oils l rate this? Excellent!!!!

This was the perfect vacation. The house fit our needs perfectly. We had 7 adults and 3 children. Plenty of room, convenient to walk to the beach and shops. Colin responded immediately to any request. We loved the house. The BBQ and the fire pit were a big hit. We will definitely be back!

Our family of 10 had a great time in this house. It was beautiful! With 5 large bedrooms and 2 living rooms, we all had more than enough space. Walking distance from the beach and from the pier, it was perfect. The owner was very helpful and quickly answered all of my messages. We would recommend this house to anybody.

We enjoyed our stay at Colin's home. The house is well-stocked and close to the beach. Especially enjoyed the outdoor space and bonfire pit. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

This beach house was beyond PERFECT.! We were a family of 4 adults and 2 kids, We all walked in and immediately felt at home… The cleanliness and care to every detail was apparent as soon as we walked in..! Colin thought of every detail even the small ones.!, to make this house feel like our home for a week. He was so easy to communicate with, he sent us so much info even before we stepped foot in his house. We were fortunate enough to be able meet his brother Adrian and he made us feel very welcomed and my 2 sons really took a liking to him immediately. With Adrian’s recommendation we took surfing lessons right down the street at Mocean. I highly recommend giving it a try, they were just as welcoming and cool to chat with.. The beach was a quick 5 min walk down the street be sure to keep a look out for the adorable bear looking dog he was always sleeping and so cute.! We walked to the pier a few nights and it only took about 15 mins and there was plenty to see and check out while we walked. The location of this beach house was perfect for us. Being so close to the water we were able to sit out on the front porch swing and see the ocean. My 12 year old son fell in love with the Basketball hoops that are basically 2 streets over we were able to walk to those 94 Atlantic ave any basketball players be sure to check them out the nets were fantastic.! Bath towels were amazing, the quality was better then most hotels we’ve stayed in, ALL the beds were super comfortable and the furniture inside and out was in great shape and well Maintained.. Really I can’t say enough wonderful things about this rental.. we have rented many beach houses and other homes through VRBO this by far had ZERO disappointment..

The house was great for our stay at old orchard beach, just a few block from the beach and centrally located to Portland and Kennebunkport. House was great, road in front was a little busier than anticipated for a beach town. Would highly recommend for a large group of adult or older children

My wife joked about leaving one-star ratings, so no one else would rent it on us! Everything was there and then some! All I needed was the shirt on my back, literally!! Very family friendly, with room to spare. Everything you’d want within walking distance, and great sightseeing a short drive in any direction. We will be back to OOB soon !
