"Absolutely charming and very well equipped small home. A lot of small amenities to make it welcoming. Didn't realize it had steps, that was our fault for not checking. We found the registration process to be confusing trying to do it through Expedia as it was a vbro. The owner went out of her way to be helpful."

"The Jarrett Creek cottage was a wonderful retreat. It was clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and it was nicely furnished with antique pieces and quality linens. The kitchen was well stocked including a convenient coffee bar setup. The family room was comfortable with extra touches including blankets, games, puzzles, and some books. "I have rented many places and I’m ranking this as one of the best rentals I have ever rented.1. Communication: Ben was extremely responsive and friendly.2. Location: The town of Old Fort has gone through a lot in the past few years, but that has not diminished its charm and resilience. The house sits on a beautiful creek and has a great view of the sunrise which we enjoyed from the screened in porch. The house is walking distance from downtown. "I really enjoyed my stay here! The space was incredibly cozy, very clean, and had everything I needed as a solo traveler. The kitchen was especially well stocked with clean utensils, coffee, and all the basics I needed during my stay. I also really appreciated the Roku TV. "Beautiful home nestled in the mountains with fantastic views! Our family of 9 (6 adults, 3 children and dogs) spent the week here and it had plenty of room! Clean and well-maintained; one of a very few rentals where my husband hasn’t had to repair something during our stay. Communication with the host was a breeze. An unexpected plus was seeing two July 4 fireworks shows in the valley below from the huge deck! We would stay here again "

"Location and the views are phenomenal. Host communication and instructions are also excellent. Everything is thought through to the smallest detail. "The information about the internet connection provided by Vrbo was incorrect. Fortunately, there was a sheet of paper in the cabin with correct information. The bed was very soft--so soft that it was hard to even sit on the edge of the bed without sliding off. The access information provided by Vrbo was incorrect--there was no place to enter the access code. Fortunately, the cabin was unlocked and there were keys on the kitchen counter. It is a delightful little cabin which served us well."

"We were looking for a quiet cabin with mountain views and a hot tub that wasn’t toooooo remote and that’s exactly what this is. Property is surrounded by other houses but we only saw one other person the entire time (and one bear minding his own business walking down the street). Check-in and out were low stress and easy. House was nicely kept up and clean without feeling too fancy to be comfortable. Fooseball table and hot tub were fun. Comfortable beds! Appreciated the nightlights for the...
