"The hotel is old and it hasn’t received an update in a while, that is our main complaint. Also, it is a bit far from everything, and there are some festivities that have been shut down, for example, a pool in the beach.
Also, not all restaurants open every day, and we had some days at the beach where the beach restaurant was closed and that was really inconvenient.
Aside from that, the staff is really helpful. The beach is very nice. There are many activities you can purchase at the beach...
"Cleaning of the room was very poorly done and very late. One day we came back from our daytrip and was not cleaned yet. Second day we arrived at night and the door of the bed room was left fully opened with a cradle!! Service personnel were very nice and offered a free breakfasr, it was nice and nothing finally happened, all was ok inside the room. Thank god it was Japan!"
