"Accommodation was lovely modern and clean, quiet and peaceful. ideally located for where we needed to be visiting family in Stibb, although for others everything is really a car journey to shop etc and pub only serving food from food van on evenings which didn’t bother us but maybe people with younger children not much to do for them. As a family with older children this suited us and we would return. "

"This is the second time I've stayed at Pebbles and I have a feeling it won't be the last either! The house is a gentle ten minute-ish walk down to Woolacombe and about 2 minutes from your nearest (beautiful) beach. The place has everthing you need should you want to cook 'at home' and the sitting rooms and bedrooms are really comfortable and nicely set out. The view from the balcony is AMAZING and it's lovely to set with the door open listening to the sea. Communications with the owner are...

"Perfect host, lovely accomodation. Everything very clean and well catered for, comfy beds and well equiqed kitchen. We were a family of 3 couples so 2 bathrooms was just right. Any more guests than that we felt it needed a third bathroom, perhaps one upstairs. We loved the quirkiness of the panelled walls and the fact that you didnt know there were hidden doors. "We really enjoyed the space, the views, the insulation but also the ability to create a cooling air flow. Everything was practical and convenient. The front conservatory was a real hit. It gets very warm but the sliding windows quickly fix that: a great place to have breakfast, read quietly in the afternoon or just sit and enjoy the magnificent viewOnly gripes: • showers need shower curtains• couple of lights (or bulbs???) weren't working "

"Compact, everything you could need, great shower, most amazingly comfortable bed, huge fluffy towels, comfortable sofa table and chairs. This was our second stay and it's still one of the best in Bude, close to beach, canal, pub and town. If we get to Bude again it will definately be on our list. "

Didn't realise we saw the owner many times outside the property, as was never made aparent to us that the chap working in the garages and using the shared drive was the person I had been communicating with for almost a year about our stay.
