"This VRBO is very spacious and clean! The bathroom has a double sink vanity, tub and shower. You can tell the owners take pride in their rooms. Owners were very responsive when I had a quick question. Great location. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a get away and close to shopping and restaurants. While we did not take advantage of it, they do have bikes to ride if you wanted to. 5 stars !!"

"Spent 1 night at the Gator Den. Nicely decorated, spacious and enough beds for all 5 of us. Our kids enjoyed having access to kayaks and I loved the screened in front porch. Beautiful area, peaceful and quiet. Very relaxing. Being city folk, there were a few too many bugs indoors for our liking, but totally understandable. We'd love to stay there again. "

"The property is beautiful and quiet. The interior of the house was very clean, warm, and comfortable. The kitchen has modern stainless steel appliances, ample space, and stocked with everything a guest would need (sans food, of course), the sofa, chairs, beds were comfortable. There's plenty of closet space and both bathrooms were nice sizes and fully stocked. The only thing that was kind of disappointing was the fact that the lake was low so there was no water under the wooden walkway and...

"My Husband and I planned a last minute trip to Jefferson, Tx and were able to book this beauty the night before our arrival! Very clean, cozy and comfortable. Communication was excellent as well. Location was nice and within walking distance to most attractions. We stayed Fri-Sun and while the town seemed fairly busy (limited parking/full tables at most restaurants and shops), we had no issues with noise, or even light. "We loved our stay in this beautiful, modern, clean cabin with wonderful outdoor spaces, right on the Big Cypress River. The beds were super comfy and there was plenty of sofa space for our group of 7. Location was ideal too--a quick and easy 10 min drive to Caddo Lake State Park, and Marshall was a quick 30 minute trip for groceries and Starbucks. Highly recommend and hope to visit again in the future!"
