Diamond in the rough!
What a great place to stay! The property has been updated and was clean and about 5 minutes from two different boat ramps on Caddo Lake. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and a boat. Highly recommend!

Not if you are serious about kayaking
The cabin was clean, comfortable and quiet for sleeping. Our main purpose was kayaking and titling this "Pelican's Nest~Caddo Lake Cabin 3 with Kayaks!" is a little misleading.
