Imagine waking up right on the water! This houseboat offers a unique experience with its prime location directly on the Sneekermeer in Marina Waterrijck. The lively atmosphere of the harbor combined with stunning views of the open water creates a memorable stay. From the living room, you can watch freighters and traditional Frisian 'skûtsjes' sail by, as well as fishermen heading out at dawn in search of the perfect spot. The roof terrace or garden also provides a great vantage point to admire the diverse water birds.

The houseboat is surrounded by water and offers the comfort of a luxury holiday home with a garden. The living area is divided into a sitting area, dining area, and open kitchen. Due to the large windows, you can also enjoy the beautiful unobstructed view from the inside.

The sitting area is furnished with a corner sofa, coffee table, chair, and television (no channels only streaming is possible). The modern open kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker (filter and Nespresso), milk frother, kettle, and toaster. In addition, there is plenty of storage space for groceries. At the round dining table, you can eat together or play a game.

This property has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm) and a closet to store clothes or belongings. The second bedroom is furnished with a sturdy interconnected bunk bed (80x200 cm) and wardrobe. For the smallest guests, there is a folding baby bed (60x120 cm) and also a high chair available. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet, and bathroom furniture with a mirror.

Houseboat Agua Dolce has a spacious garden (approximately 100m2) adjacent to the water. In the garden, you can play and barbecue, interspersed with a refreshing dip in the water. In addition, the boat has a very spacious roof terrace/sundeck of approximately 20 m2, which is accessible via a spiral staircase at the rear. The boat also has a terrace at the front (8m2) and a terrace at the rear (6m2).  This accommodation includes private parking in the harbor.

The charming town of Sneek is just a 10-minute drive away. Alternatively, you can rent a sloop and sail to Ter Herne, Goingarijp, or Sneek for drinks or dinner in about 20 minutes, making for a fun day on the water.
