"Loved fishing off the veranda!!! Overall the place is great! Place needs a deep cleaning. Could use a couple of mixing bowls. If the windows in the upstairs bedroom had shades it would be great for the kids sleeping in. Instead they are up at dawn bc it is so bright. (It would also help with cooling off the room). We will know to bring our filtering pitcher next trip. The water is a little fishy tasting. We enjoyed the place & will book ot again!"

"Look forward to renting in the future.we moved our son into his apartment in the Pearl area. Its a few blocks away but walkable. Lots of great local restaurants in walking distance to property. Property clean and well maintained. Includes all the comforts of home. Traveled with our dog, appreciated the privacy fence and small yard. If you have a full size truck you wont be able to park in garage. You will have to park it horizontal in front of garage. The mid size SUV fit in garage. "

"My dogs enjoyed the grassy area and walking the scenic neighborhood. It was a retreat weekend and just what I needed . Enjoyed the back porch watching the boats come and go while having morning coffee "
