The security team is honestly the best part about our stay they were nice as well as our car was accidentally backed into while we were inside it was a smooth process with security they checked the cameras and handled everything for us. "Our stay (albeit impacted by fires) was great. The time leading up to the evacuation was wonderful and centrally located. The place was well equipped and the place was clean. The ground floor access was exactly what we wanted that overlooked the pool. Communication with Dan was and he was helpful leading up and post evacuation.
