"Amenities are great. Internet access was perfect to work from home. Smart TVs for the older teen, comfy beds for all, pool access was a definite bonus especially for the six year old. Nice walking path and gazebo. Marina is accessible and walkable. Owner of the condo is responsive and helpful. The condo was great. Oh! Call the Waterside Marina ahead of time to coordinate a slip rental or if you want to rent a boat. "

We live in Knoxville but staying downtown is in our monthly rotation for quick getaways. Price, clean , bright , cool factor accommodations, variety of food and activities we can walk to make this a no- brainer. Highly Recommend!! "

"VRBO hosts thought of everything & our family wanted for nothing.Two spacious bedrooms with King size beds & private bathrooms(1 with walk in shower)definitely the primary reason we chose this VRBO. Property was spotless, & well equipped. Our son & daughter in law enjoyed the back patio & swimming pool during our short stay. 1st floor was perfect for my husband with limited mobility(easy walk from parking lot to home) Wished we were able to stay longer!! Peaceful area convenient to Great Smoky...

"My husband and I were very pleasantly surprised. There are not many places you can find that are located on pretty much level ground and on a quiet cove. We will definitely be returning any time the condo is available when we go down to visit our son and daughter-in-law."
