"Girls met here for long weekend. This is an older home updated. We didn’t do any cooking basically just slept there. Kitchen appears well stocked. It’s winter in Iowa, so parking of vehicles is required to be in the alley. Plenty of room for our vehicles Owner great to work with; very quick to respond to questions. "Very family friendly house, would definitely stay here again! My family and I stayed for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. We were traveling with our 3 year old and infant. My toddler absolutely loved that there were toys and stuffed animals for her to play with. There were also chalk and other toys available outside, we just didn't use them. "We really enjoyed our stay here, we were in town for a concert and it was the perfect place! Really spacious and I really loved how you could tell it was a family home. They provided breakfast supplies which was awesome! And the host was very communicative and quick to respond! Would definitely stay again!"

"We stayed here to attend an event at the nearby River’s Edge Park. It was not only convenient, but the host went above & beyond to accommodate our group. There were lots of clean towels, the place was immaculate, and so many extra touches such as toiletries and plenty of coffee and snacks too. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone visiting Omaha or Council Bluffs in the future."

"We enjoyed our stay here. It was nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. The beds were comfortable (the screws could be tightened as they were a tad wobbly/creaky). The home was well lit (great for crafters/puzzlers/knitters). We appreciated all of the outlets for charging devices, and the lamps. "The property is beautiful! Nice amount of room, had a lot of amenities, was very clean and spacious. Josh was very quick to respond with any questions we had.The screened porch was so nice.Neighborhood was very quiet, property isnt far from omaha or manamaw state park which we toured for about 45 minutes. "Loved how close it was to the places we planned to visit, it felt cozy and there was plenty of room for our group, there was a fenced in yard that unfortunately had openings too big for my small dog to squeeze through but thankful they allowed pets. My Grandma loved the plants around the house. "

"My husband, dogs and I had a great stay at Travis' place. He was communicative and instructions were clear. The house was perfect for our needs, clean and comfortable. Our stay was only about 15 hours or so and longer stays may require bringing more items from home, but we were very happy with our stay. Thank you! "

"The house and location were perfect! All of the amenities anyone would need and then some. We have 11 gals there for a girls weekend and it could not have been more perfect! The dock and lake were beautiful! "

"Listing was as advertised! AC worked well especially upstairs. Living room was very comfortable. Kitchen had all the amenities that you need. Outdoor sitting area needs a little TLC- rug and chairs need updating. "

"This worked great for us. We had 5 people staying, 4 players and a caddie. Our tee times were spread over the entire day. Thursday we had 8:00, 10:20, 11:50 and 2;00 and the second day 8:00, 12:00, 1:20 and 2:20. So the late ones got to sleep in. Pretty much just sleeping and a shower was all we needed "

"The sheets were dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, the air was bad, I couldn't sleep at all, what I did like was the very fun pool, my children say, the green area, the golf course and the beauty salon inside the hotel."
