The house is beautifully remodeled. Ample space for our party of 10. The host was very proactive about our stay and checked in to ensure everything was perfect for us throughout the stay as well. The location of the home was perfect as it was far enough away from the center of the island to ensure quiet and peacefulness but close enough to get us back to the fun!

We had a great stay in OIB at Rhonda’s place. She was very attentive and checked in to make sure everything was going ok. The house is beautiful and perfect open set up for or family/friend trip. Everything was clean and she provides a lot of amenities to make your stay enjoyable!

Clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated home. Fully stocked kitchen to cook meals. Has an in ground pool with plenty of outdoor seating. Lots of extra to make you feel right at home. Enjoyed evenings sitting on the front porch relaxing to the beach waves crashing. Very short walk to the beach.

The house was perfect for our 4 families with young kids!!! The house has more to offer than you can even see in the listing. It’s a house you keep going back to. Rhonda was an amazing host! Beach access was closer than I expected; 3 houses down and right across the street.

Property was in very good shape. We noticed some updates since some previous visits to this same property. Rhonda is a super owner and checks in regularly to make sure things are good. Property is convenient to the beach and the pool in the backyard is a great place to relax. Transition in and out was smooth. Kitchen was fully stocked with necessary amenities. WiFi access was easy as Password is provided at checkin. Our family had a GREAT week. We’ll be back!

Once again, we had a wonderful stay. Rhonda is always checking in to make sure everything is okay and asking if we need anything. The location of the house is perfect, as the ADA beach access is only three houses down. This allows my elderly (although don't tell her I said that) mother to be able to join us for a day on the beach. We have been vacationing at OIB for several decades, so we have the packing down pat, but the garage has chairs, bikes, and umbrellas, which is nice if you forgot or need an extra one. Love the pool and all the outdoor locations. Looking forward to next year's trip!

The perfect place!!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at One of a Kind Home. The home works for all ages, young and old. The home is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. The home is extremely clean and all appliances are top notch. The pool is perfect and access to the beach is ADA so very helpful with little ones. Rhonda is a great owner. She responds quickly to any questions or problems. One of a Kind Home is a 20 on scale of 1-10.

A wonderful beach home in a great location! This most attractive gem of a home is open, airy, and bright with spacious living, dining, & kitchen areas and wonderful outdoor areas & amenities. Plus the walk to the beach is easy & close! The host is amazing…so attentive & helpful with great communication. We enjoyed staying here immensely & look forward to our next stay in this house!!

Easter break 2025

We had 4 coupleson this trip. The guys golfed and the ladies had pletty of beach time. The house was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well stocked and the living area was great for hanging out. The area under the house by the pool was grat for cornhole and ping pong. Our only complaint was the gas grill needs to be upgraded. grat house!

This property is beautifully decorated, well stocked and a great location. Took a group of teens who enjoyed the downstairs hang area and the parents enjoyed the deck! Easy walk to the beach with many beach amenities available for use. Owner very responsive to questions and checked in to make sure we were having a great stay.

Beautiful home, great location

The home was every bit as nice, spacious, and clean is in the photos! The price was incredibly reasonable. We were in town for a wedding and the venue was right across the street, so the location was perfect for us. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which we took advantage of! Highly recommend this home for a stay in Ocean Isle Beach

Love this house

The house is beautiful, clean and has everything you need. We particularly enjoyed the front porch and the grands loved the pool. The large front windows bring light and cheer. Not only is the beach access a quick walk but no stairs make it easy to get your beach gear across the wooden path. We hope to come again. Rhonda is a wonderful host.

GREAT VACATION EXPERIENCE!

Our family spent another great week in Ocean Isle. The house is set up perfectly with six bedrooms to accommodate our family needs. We enjoyed returning from the beach and relaxing by the swimming pool each day. Beach access is extremely easy because of the house location. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could ask for, including a double oven. Our teens enjoyed using the bikes available in the garage. Rhonda, the owner, checked in often with us to make sure our trip was going well. We will be returning again in 2025!

Gem of a home in OIB

This is the second time we have had the joy of staying at this house. It is such a great beach house- the kitchen is well stocked, the rooms comfortable and it’s a great layout for our family. The kids love the bunk rooms and the pool! We loved the location- just a short walk to the beach. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this gem of a home in OIB.
