We had an amazing stay at the Coconut Cottage in OCMD! The home was spotless, well-stocked, and in the perfect location—on the bay, close to everything, and surrounded by beautiful views. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming - she thought of everything to make it the perfect spot for a fun, relaxing getaway! Can’t wait to come back! Thank you.

The Coconut Cottage was absolutely perfect from location to amenities in the townhome. Our family stayed two nights for the Sand Duels soccer tournament. The townhome is conveniently located in the middle of the boardwalk with many fabulous restaurants nearby on the bayside and on the boardwalk. The home had everything we needed for the stay. The kids loved the bin of Fisher’s popcorn on arrival! Beds were comfy and furnishings were beachy modern with soothing colors throughout the home. We did not get to the community pool and restaurant but it was a quick walk along the boardwalk behind the homes.We have stayed at many Airbnb’s and this was truly one of the best! We will absolutely book again for next year’s Sand Duels!!!

Beach getaway

We loved this property from the minute we arrived. Every little detail that you can imagine was provided. We have stayed many places and own a property that we used to rent, so we know the work that goes into it. The closeness to everything was so convenient. Favorite Yearly Home Away From Home

This was our second time staying at Katie’s beautiful property. We have 2 little kids, this place is perfect for a family getaway. Very close to the beach, restaurants, attractions, the neighborhood pool is major + with little ones too! We will be back next year at the Cozy Cottage for our third year in a row! Katie is a wonderful host. Everything you need is readily available in the home. Truly a home away from home when traveling with kids.

Great getaway

This property was just as described and very nicely decorated - could call it classy coastal :) . It was so clean with comfortable beds and a great location on the water. Katie is a wonderful host - we had a few questions and she got right back to us. Walking distance to the boardwalk and having the Reel Inn restaurant right down the dock was super convenient. Nice community pool was next to the restaurant - the pool passes were right in a kitchen drawer, so very easy to access. It was very quiet at night too. We are a family of 4 traveling with a 4 and 6 year old and we had plenty of space to spread out.

Great house in lovely community

The property was clean and updated and as described in the listing. It had a nice modern beach vibe to it in the decor. It was a wonderful place to stay right on the water with a pool and restaurant right in the community. There is a playground and a boardwalk along the bay to stroll on. Te community has everything you need and you don’t even need to leave if you don’t want. Katie was very responsive.

Amazing property and host

This was our first family vacation in Ocean city and we will definitely be back. Katie was an amazing host and her property is top notch. She thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and easy. The location is safe and in a great gated community. It offers a pool and playground for the kids which made our lives easy. And it’s such a short walk to the beach. We highly recommend Katie and this property.

Perfection!

Not only was the location of the townhouse perfect for our wedding weekend, the house was more then we ever expected. Katie did not miss one detail, down to cotton balls and q-tips. The house was clean, comfortable and we felt at home. Will definitely stay again!

Wonderful getaway!

We had an amazing stay at thisTH. The location is great- just a few minutes walk from the boardwalk and yet has a quiet neighborhood. Lovely views of the Bay from the balcony. The house is clean and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was well stocked. The owner responded promptly to any queries. We will be going back soon!
