"Pros: Wohnung Die Ferienwohnung liegt am Dorfende von Margreit an einer Straße mit fast keinem Verkehr, d.h. keine Lärmbelästigung. Die Wohnung war sauber, ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und modern eingerichtet. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Ausblick ins Etschtal und die Weinanbaugebiete. Cons: There are construction works after the house.. you have no privacy anymore on the balcony or silence to wake up to. They start working around 6u45 so sleep is little. It screws up the view on the mountains, You have to share the garden, so if your travel with dogs, they have to be kept on leash when you go out. No microwave/wifi code"

"We had a wonderful time here - it’s a perfect location to walk down into the city or walk up into the mountains and all the while you are surrounded by beautiful views of vineyards valleys and mountains. The hosts were very helpful giving us restaurant recommend. We would gladly stay here again next time we are in South Tirol and we would recommend it to anyone going to the area !"

"Solo un pequeño detalle. A inicios de primavera, solo tienen disponible la calefacción en las habitaciones a temperaturas diurnas entre 18-20 grados y nocturnas no debajo de 10 grados, lo que hace que los cuartos esté extremadamente calientes. Puedes suprimir la calefacción del cuarto pero no dispones de aire acondicionado lo que vuelve las noches menos confortables "
