"We actually gave this to our son and daughter in law for their honeymoon. When they got there the owners had decorated the house with candles, balloons, goodies and a picture of them. They said everything was amazing and plan on going back for their first anniversary."

"This river house is very spacious. It is located on a lush, secluded lot with private beach and private boat deck. We had 9 guests. The open layout is ideal for socializing, and there are plenty of spaces available when you wanted more privacy. "If weather had been better, there would have been lots to utilize at the property, but we had RAIN the entire time with quick pier fishing only. Bed was fine, TV worked, A/C great, kitchen cabinets stocked, bathroom small (bring own shower caddy), no closet but lots of shelves, limited living room seating (no couch only loveseat), limited inside games (one 2), nice porch if no rain, full size refrigerator, parking fine, NOT Handicap Accessible if needed"

"Our group spent a wonderful week at David's lovely and private home! The group included four families with kids ranging in age from 5-16 yo. Everyone had plenty of space - the bunk sleep room was great for the kids. The house was well appointed including kitchenware and comfortable furniture. "We had a wonderful time here. The house was clean, cutely decorated, and had everything we needed. There were so many things to do and play with there, so my children never got bored...and I got to enjoy some calm and quiet time while laying in the hammock, reading my book, and listening to the water.
