House subfloor significantly unlevel and severely soft and too flexible. All members of family experienced dizziness at some point due. contractor stated he knew about it and recommended it be addressed to owner, but they refused.Mice: pictures included of 2 caught plus mouse droppings. Mouse droppings found everywhere. . HVAC Air handler never worked: arrived Friday, 25 Jul, and temp was already in mid 70s in house with thermostat set to 68 when we arrived. Never got cooler. Lost all day Saturday trying to keep our dogs from overheating by staying in shade OUTSIDE, since it was cooler outside. HVAC tech and mgr stated to my wife and I that the air handler was not operational at all.Hot water heater: only 42 gallons. Nowhere big enough for a rental place that markets it sleeps 10 people. Ran out of hot water multiple times after only 2 showers. Contractor stated he recommended to owner to replace hot water heater, but owner refused and only replaced heating elements in 50 year old hot water heater.Safety hazard….kitchen island not safely secured: Safety hazard….hot tub extremely green, cloudy, and smelled like fish: see picture. Safety hazard….glass showers doors hit each other easily: Safety hazard: deck has large 6" gap between house and inner edge of deck. Owner stated this was due to snow removal. This is flat out wrong and MD code does not require this large gap. Lack of trash storage: had to take offsite 20 min away
