"this house is incredible, it is much more spectacular than what you see in the photos, we loved every detail. In this house there is always something to do, there are many board games and a pool table but without a doubt what we enjoyed the most was the jacuzzi. I am sure that whenever we travel to deep creek lake we will choose this house to stay. 100% recommended!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Birdhouse Lodge. It was quiet, cozy and had a great view of nature. The road to get there was steep and bumpy but my Prius handled it (in June, no snow). The main bed was too soft, but without the foam topper it was just right for us. The listing is accurate except that there are now FOUR TVs and nice chairs around the firepit. "The house was clean and as advertised. It was a short drive to all deep creek has to offer. The only suggestion I have is to add a hook on the inside of the bathroom doors for additional places to hang your towels. Overall would recommend! "

"This house is beautiful!! It fit my 13 member family comfortably and even had several roll-out beds in each closet! "

"What fun we all had! The indoor pool was definitely a highlight for us! kids of all ages were able to enjoy the game room and spend quality time in and around the lake. The use of 2 large refrigerators and 2 dishwashers made cooking and clean up a breeze. "

"Great location for exploring Deep Creek and the surrounding areas! This rental was perfect for our family of 5 (with grown children in their 20s). Upper and lower bedrooms via spiral staircase may be difficult for people with mobilities or with really small children, but it was perfect for us. Walk to excellent pizza at Brenda’s and coffeeshop! Beautiful view of lake from deck with functional gas fire table to enjoy cool evenings. Eleni was very responsive and accommodating- great to work with!"

"We enjoyed our stay. Very nice clean house in a great location. The only drawback was the photo view of Deep Creek Lake minimizes the busy highway in between the house and the dock.I didn’t expect that much traffic. "
