This charming 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home blends rustic charm with modern comfort, featuring a newly remodeled kitchen and beautifully updated bathrooms throughout. Guests also enjoy access to a private dock on Deep Creek Lake, located just a short walk from the home, making it easy to spend your days boating, fishing, or simply enjoying the water.

Two bedrooms and one full bathroom are conveniently located on the main floor, while the loft upstairs offers a private bedroom and full bath. The lower-level family room features a half bath and sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping space for extra guests.

​​​​​​​Outside, step onto the spacious deck, complete with a gas grill for BBQs, plenty of seating for outdoor dining, and a relaxing hot tub for starlit soaks. The large yard is ideal for games and gatherings, and the firepit area invites you to toast marshmallows and share stories under the night sky.

*Check-in is between 4 pm- 9 pm; Check-out is by 10 am.
*Minimum age to rent is 25.

WHAT TO BRING:
Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage).

PETS:
This home allows up to 2 well-behaved dogs with a pre-paid pet fee. When making your reservation, please be sure to enter the number of dogs in the designated pet field when adding the number of adults and children so the pet fee is included in your reservation total. No other pets are permitted. Bringing more than two dogs will result in a fee equal to 3x the standard pet fee, per pet.

WINTER RESERVATIONS:
A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS:
WITHIN 24 HRS OF BOOKING, sign the Rental Agreement to begin receiving your pre-arrival information. (Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement.) Once completed, your check-in instructions and door code will be automatically sent ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. If you do not receive this info, please check your spam folder first.
