The house was very nice and allowed dogs. The beach front was great but the dune was very steep. The large oven would only work if you held the door closed, not ideal when hosting 17 people for dinner. The host was responsive.

We held our daughter's wedding at this amazing house. It was extremely well-stocked, there was plenty of room inside and out, beds and linens were great, and the beautiful yard with pool and hot tub was a perfect setting for the wedding. This house is truly exceptional - beautifully decorated with incredible views from every room. The elevator was a HUGE plus! Great experience all around. I recommend it highly!!!

We had a great time at the Must Sea! Wonderful location and house set-up worked well for our family. My only recommendation to the owner would be to add blackout shades to all bedrooms for both privacy and to keep rooms dark. Oak Island is great and we hope to rebook at some point soon!

True to description- loved the house and the location. Kitchen has everything you need and the home is very comfortable for a large crowd. Communication with owners and rental contact, Brenda, was wonderful and she helped problem solve some minor issues. Would totally stay here again!

The house was wonderfully accommodated for our family of 10. The house was cleaned when we arrived and had a stocked kitchen for lots of wonderful cooking throughout the week. We enjoyed spending most of our time outside in the beautiful backyard using the pool to keep cool during the day time and hot tub at night time! And it was wonderful to be so close to the beach! Overall, it was a great stay at Must Sea and we would highly recommend it, and plan to come back next year.

We had a great week, beautiful weather, and the house was a perfect fit for our needs especially the elevator. The pool area was great and the dogs loved it, too. We especially liked going up to the crow’s nest to watch the sunset. Our only complaint was the walk to the beach. The sand dune was hard to navigate so we drove to the public beach close by. It had a mat over the smaller sand dune making it easier for seniors to navigate. It also had showers and facilities. Overall we had a lovely time.

Perfect home for a large group!

Our family of 7 adults and 7 children had a fantastic time in this home. We had ample room for sleeping and eating. The home and grounds were spotless! It was an easy walk to the beach. The pool was a big hit with adults and kids! Everything we enjoyed was a few steps away. The house has all of the kitchen, bathroom and beach toys we needed. Two dishwashers turned out to be a great luxury! The owner and manager were responsive to any questions we had. The best part was 7 days of beautiful weather to enjoy it all!

Great fit for our family

8 adults and 6 kids below 12. Bedrooms were just right with large rooms with bath for the adults, a small bedroom for the oldest boy and bunk beds for the 4 girls. Great pool and hot tub. A bit of a walk to the beach with a fairly steep, but small, hill on the dunes. If you’re over 70 you might struggle. If you like to grill like we do you might be disappointed. Charcoal grill that is falling apart. We used it, but didn’t enjoy it.

June Delight

Our family group enjoyed a week at this beautiful beach home . The layout of rooms was great for our family. The home is beautifully furnished and comfortable. The ONLY drawback is the over- the -dune walk to the ocean . The sand is deep at points making it difficult for little walkers to hike over. No sand- wagons can navigate ! But .., this is beach - life for a few houses in this area. The pool size was perfect for young and old! Additionally, the owner/management was very attentive and accessible. Thank you Manager !

Really Delivers

We hosted our daughter's wedding at this beautiful home. All our guests were in love with the choice in venue. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset ceremony on the beach and invited everyone back the following day for some fun in the sun! The house delivered in creating a great environment for all of the guests and all of the people entertained.

Beautiful home and location!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was well thought out, clean, comfortable furnishings, easy communication with contacts, and very well taken care of. The back pool area is an oasis.The pool is very roomy, the outdoor furniture very comfortable, and the views are beautiful! The front is it's own nature habitat as well with wonderful views, quiet, and lots of nice seating areas. You can enjoy views no matter where you are at with this house and location. The master bed (only one we used) is very comfortable and we even forgot our pillows and were just great with the ones they have. It was a great experience (first time to Oak Island) and we are glad that we chose this house. No regrets! We would definitely rent this home again. Thank you for keeping your house so nice and up to date.

Perfect Family Meet-up House

The house is wonderfully situated on the island: the beach is calm, and walking around to the end of the island (the inlet between Oak Island and Holden Beach) provides a whole new set of activities. There is a public parking area close by, and so there’s a steady stream of traffic, but it never felt crowded during our early April week. The house easily sleeps 8 adults (4 couples) and an additional 4 kids. The second 3rd floor bedroom doesn’t have an accessible shower, so it’s better for another kid or two (beyond those counted above). The seventh bedroom is the 2nd floor den/kitchenette/walkthrough to the deck and has a daybed, so good for another person if absolutely necessary, but would also make a great hangout for teenagers who weren't into family games and conversation in the great room upstairs. The house is overflowing with instructions: the guide for the week has dozens of categories and there are posted instructions and rules for the elevator, refrigerators, decks, shades, pool, and hot tub. I think the owners must have a lot of trouble with some renters. These made for lots of great jokes while we were in the house, but there were few times we couldn't find instructions for anything that was confusing or didn't seem to work at first. The kitchen is a highlight: VERY nice appliances and double dishwashers, so if you tend to cook while on vacation, this is a great spot.

Must Sea is delightful

Must Sea is beautifully appointed...with a view that is spectacular! The owner has carefully and thoughfully provided accomodations and attention to details that make your stay exceptional! The kitchen is a delight to cook in with everything one needs and them some. All the furnishings inside and out are high quality, comfortable and attractive. It was a wonderful place for our family to gather to celebrate the holiday break! We will definitely come back to Oak Island and stay at Must Sea!
