While this bath has the same double sink and countertops as the west side, a low-step in shower with built-in shower seats and a grab bar is provided instead. This connects to the back bedroom with a final queen bed and its own direct deck access. If additional sleeping space is needed, the sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed.

Outside, you're sure to spend hours on the covered front porch with plenty of seating enjoying the ocean breeze and views of whitecaps on the horizon. Walk three houses over and across the street for the closest beach access, and you'll arrive on the sand in moments. Stroll a block or two to the west to take in craft festivals or open-air concerts at Middleton Park, where you'll also find a seasonal splash pad and an accessible playground for the younger kids.
