Hardwood floors and ceiling fans throughout add to the convenience of this home.

You’ll also find a well-equipped kitchen ready to host family meals. The stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher were all newly purchased and installed in the beginning of 2023, along with a heavy-duty washer and dryer to handle all of your laundry needs. The property also has some handicap accessible features, including safety bars in showers and beside commodes.

The covered porch, screened porch with furniture and fenced-in backyard allow you to enjoy the ocean breezes in comfort and privacy.
