Location was good. Cleanliness of unit could have been better. There was old toothpaste and hair in the master sink. The kitchen needed some extra cleaning as well.

Wonderful Time at Seas the Day!

We had such a wonderful girls weekend! Staying here was truly a blessing. It was walking distance from the beach, and was 100% worth the cost!

Great location and size

The condo was good overall. We did have some problems with water bugs, and the TV remote didn’t work in the master bedroom. One thing that could be done that would help a lot is the door code is way too long to have to do every time you leave and come back. But overall, it was good.

Perfect wedding venue

My niece got married and we were only 5 minutes from the venue. Beautiful condo and very clean. Hammock on the deck was pure heaven at night.

Cute, comfortable, and clean condo

We had a wonderful stay. Condo is in a great location and was updated, comfortable, and clean with a well-stocked kitchen. TVs and ceiling fans in every room were a plus. Big porch overlooking the natural area. Short 2 block walk to public beach access.

Wonderful week at the beach!

We had a lovely stay at Ocean Isle Beach! The condo was well equipped and very comfortable. The pool was nice and everyone that we met was friendly and helpful. The beach was amazing and only a short 2 blocks...very quick walk! We would definitely recommend this property!

Well appointed condo-close to the beach in OIB

Very cute unit in 2nd floor of a Condo building. Spacious, clean and well equipped, the condo fit our needs well. 2 blocks from the beach. View of intercoastal on back deck obscured by trees.

Pictures are deceiving

This property looked so nice in the pictures. When we arrived, the keypad lock did not work. We figured out where the key was and used that the entire time. The keypad never worked. Once we opened the door we were surprised to find a filthy apartment. The carpets were full of stains, the bathrooms were shabby, the whole place looked like it hadn't been dusted all summer. Once we laundered the bath mats and cleaned up a bit we were surprised to find that the only working tv was in the family room. All the other tv's did not work. We called, and called and texted and called to get them repaired. It took three days for some one to respond and bring new batteries for the remote. Two of the five tvs in the apartment never worked. We were surprised to find that there were no mattress pads or covers on the mattresses, just a sheet. Isn't that required by law? We were horrified as we watched a roach crawl across the kitchen floor! The final crushing insult was when the internet cut out on our last full day. Making the tvs not operational too! That took multiple calls to the property manager. Only after I yelled about talking to a supervisor and requesting a refund of one night did the internet start working, at 9 pm! This place had so much promise. It was a great location. We loved the pool. However, the state of this place was horrific. Clearly an owner that cares about the money he is making, not the upkeep of his investment. Never again!!!

Wonderful Condo

Super cute condo, very clean, incredible location just a quick walk to the beach. Beautiful sunsets from the deck, the pool was clean and lovely. Looking forward to renting again next year.

Very close to Beach

This place was perfect for 4 adults and 3 kids. The children's nook is perfect for older kids to get away for a minute. Very short walk to the beach and pool was very clean. Would rent this place again.

Great place

Great place for our 7 people. I love that it’s all on one level. Coming back from a long day made it nice to not have multiple levels. Fully stocked place to stay. Was all great. Just wished the electronic pad for the door lock worked, but they did provide us with a key.
