My experience with this property was unfortunately very frustrating. When I arrived, I was unable to access the unit due to a malfunctioning electronic lock. I reached out to the host immediately, but it took until the following day for the property manager to reset the lock code.This delay left me stranded and forced to find alternative accommodation on very short notice, which was both stressful and costly. I expected quicker and more reliable support, especially for something as critical as entry to the property.While I understand that technical issues can occur, the lack of timely response and preparation was unacceptable. I hope this is addressed for future guests, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this listing.
