Newly reopened and renovated
Stayed in May 2024 and the hotel was newly reopened after a change in hotel chain ownership, and a full interior/exterior renovation. It was essentially a new hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Housekeeping was excellent. Located in central Norton, VA with many dining choices nearby. My only complaint is that trucks roll through town pretty early weekday mornings and there is some road noise. Overall recommended.

The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Hot food for breakfast bar and the rooms were extremely clean. My preference of lodging when staying in Norton

My stay was great. Very good breakfast. Beautiful views. Walking distance to 4 different restaurants. My only dislikes about my stay were the pillows and low water pressure in the shower. Other than that, a great stay and I would love to come back.

Thanks for your feedback Kevin. We really appreciate. We have corrected the water pressure in the room you stayed in. We do have two different types of pillows on the beds. Synthetic fill in the back, and down pillows on the front of the pillow stack. Next time you are here, please let us know and we will be happy to provide either all synthetic or all down pillows.
