"My wife and I felt very lucky to have found The Miners Den which is a very new creation of a great proprietor who really cares about your experience.The hand built cabin is gently fitted to the landscape of balsam firs and hardwoods with a light touch.It reminded me of the few small cabins in the White Mountains you find along the trails.Everything you need less food is provided.For a couple in their sixties with a friendly dog we will be excited to get back there and see what’s happening.Oh...

"Everything about the gardener lake house was wonderful. The drive-in is like going into another world down a long dirt road to privacy and spectacular view of the lake. "We've stayed in many rentals, and this was by far our favorite! It really is an amazing property with an amazing view, as advertised! The house is very comfortable, and very well equipped. The (5) of us all said that our stay here was truly a highlight of the summer. We had to force ourselves to leave the house to explore the area- didn't want to leave the deck! And our dogs loved playing on the quiet beach. All in all quite heavenly!"

"What a truly awesome experience! From the moment we booked our stay and throughout our vacation, communication was excellent and Charlie & Sandy were gracious, generous, and extremely hospitable hosts, making sure our needs were met, we were comfortable, and our expectations were exceeded! Jonesport is the perfect town for a quiet getaway with plenty of opportunities for fun and adventure. This was our second time staying here and we are already making plans to return!!"

"Very rustic with a HUGE emphasis on hunting. There were bear, turkey and antlers mounted on the wall. The place was a nice size. It was nice to have the bathroom down the hall from the bedroom. The living room couches and bed were comfy. Some of the fixtures weren't quite right. The antler chandeliers had cob webs, the sink had a hole where the sprayer was supposed to go, and the outlets weren't all secure in the wall. There was a lot of junk outside the cabin and we had to use our own towels...
