"IThe location is excellent and in the centre of the town adjacent to the river.The only issue I had was the were stairs in the corridors on the floor which I struggled with also the lift into hotel from carpark didn't work and the lift to the dining room broke with me in it."

"Great location, and very friendly staff. However, there were a few things that werent ideal, such as: cobwes in the room, half cleaning/tidying thr room - having waited all day for the room to be cleaned, hallway/ corridor filled with dirty sheets and towels from about 8am to 6pm."
