We had some lovely walks right from the door. We didn't have the best of weather, but came home relaxed , happy and rather muddy!! Thank you so much."

"If you like old buildings, well maintained and fitted with a smart hotel stylish bathroom, excellent view over the dale, this is the one. It is in the hamlet of Newbiggin on a quiet road amongst other attractive cottages. Loads of space for 2, 4 would be fine but I think 6 adults would rather cosy in the lounge and with just one loo & bathroom, albeit a very smart one."

Within a stones throw from the beach and a beautiful coastal walk into Whitby. We had an amazing 3 night stay and we would definately return. "This is a beautiful cottage, clearly an older building but nicely renovated and in great condition. Hot tub and jacuzzi bath are both very good, and the champagne on arrival was very welcome! The location is at the end of a long track, so the cottage is secluded and quiet making for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Importantly the bed is also very comfortable and supportive, which is not something than can be said for every holiday rental! It is easy to get to the coastal paths for walking, and...

The location is perfect with a bit of a sea view from the bedroom window. The cottage has a lovely cosy feel to it, beds are really comfy and has everything you need for a short/ long stay.
