"Lovely hotel, friendly staff, excellent breakfast!"

"Bit of a gamble as we’d never been before but was booked as a last minute weekend away without breaking the bank. Excellent communication post booking and a very warm welcome upon arrival from Julia on reception. Room was clean, bed extremely comfortable and a decent selection of emergency toiletries. Good parking. Relaxed breakfast with a variety of tasty choices. Would definitely stay again if in this area."

"Great place to spend a couple of days. Premises are beautiful, service is the best, views are spectacular. Should not be missed"

"A well maintained comfortable room with very goid service and lovely staff"

"Non-contact hotel offering good facilities for stay in Oakham. Comfy bed, very nice washroom and basic appliances. Good value for money"

"Buen lugar , cómodo , limpio y muy amables "

"Very quiet location close to all amenities. Stairs may be difficult for less able people. Garden could be lovely, with some work. Car park charges have Increased to £7. , not £4.50"

"Muy bien"

"Room not cleaned No new dry towel Hairdryer not working Soaking wet patch on floor wet socks when walking around"

"Toooooo hot in the room. No A/C available; only an old fan moving the hot air. Difficult to breathe. Very very little room, without table and chair to work (in my case) or to seat in a place different to the bed. I ask in reception to change my room; nothing else available. They took me a table and 1 chair, so I couldn't move in the room.
