"We arrived on Saturday afternoon although we were scheduled to arrive on Friday. We were met by a foot snow covered driveway and entrance. We parked on the street and had to trudge through snow with our bags. Fell two times in snow. Very treacherous. Eventually plow arrived and cleared out driveway. Good thing we came Saturday. Then the heat stopped working mid Saturday night. Didn't get heat back until around 3pm Sunday. Had to text and call numerous times before finally the agent answered...

Paint chips were falling off, and honestly, we were nervous just opening the front door because we did not know what condition we were walking into. The cleanliness was unacceptable. Flies surrounded us...
