We were in a corner unit the balcony was ocean front beautiful but the window in the dining room looking down the coast line was beautiful.

Overall nice place. The cleanliness was lacking. I actually needed to clean the tim work and floor in the one bathroom because it was covered in hair and dust. The refrigerator was also not very clean. I wiped down the kitchen cabinets as soon ad we got there also. They looked to have had coffee spilled down the front of them.

Another great NMB vacation

We have been vacationing in MB/NMB x 17 years. This was one of the best condos we have been in. We have 4 active grandchildren with us and this condo had best decor and finishes for both adults and kids. Tasteful, easy to clean and not a lot of clutter to worry about possibly bumping and breaking. Everything worked well and was clean, the kitchen was very well stocked for family meals, the beds were comfy. And the condo was ready when we got there, check in and out was easy/smooth, the rental agent friendly and helpful. Very pleased overall with condo and rental company!

Check in was easy and the staff at Owners Direct were great. The condo was as described and the view from the 15th floor was amazing. The family had a great time at the beach. Parking in the deck was tight as I drive a large F-150 and my son drives a Palisade. The pool was smaller than we anticipated and got crowded at times.

Great place at the beach

We were impressed with the view, and stocked kitchen to make meals. They even had a Ninja blender we used for smoothies! There were also lots of equipment in the storage closet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property.

Windy Hill retreat!!!

Wonderful spot for a relaxing vacation with family!! Condo was clean and well equipped. We had one little problem with the kitchen light, which was promptly fixed. The check in process was smooth and the folder provided addressed everything, including parking, pool passes, Wi fi, and appliances. Beautiful view from the balcony!!!

Beautiful condo!

Beautiful 15th floor balcony view overlooking the ocean. Clean, well-maintained, convenient. Only issue: could not access wifi. Also, pull HARD on the balcony doors to open. Deep tub, lots of TVs, great amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

Everything from booking, check-in, our stay and check-out was great. There were 12 in our group (8 adults, 4 children) and the room was more than spacious for all of us. We had an issue with the AC at 10:30pm one evening. Called the after hours service number and they had a technician there and the AC running again within 2 hours. The amenities were great. Fitness center was good (cardio only) and the pool area was perfect. There were always plenty of chairs. The kid pool, lazy river, hot tub and regular pool had something for everyone in our group. The atmosphere at the pool was very laid back and relaxing. The pool attendant made sure to keep horseplay to a minimum. Definitely would recommend this place for anyone!

Our review

The place was very nice and had room for our group, great view. We did not think it was right at all that we had multiple “security deposit holds” for insurance purposes if anything was damaged. Especially the fact that instead of just putting a hold on the account, they actually withdrew the money and will be mailing us a check in less than 28 days!

I love this place!

This is probably my most favorite vacation rental. Next time I'm staying for a month! I did have a few issues: the property wasn't cleaned and sanitized as well as it should have been. Dishes were dirty, floors had not been swept or mopped. I did call and they sent someone immediately, so that was good. I also had a problem with people just entering the property without knocking or calling first. The first time some one entered, they forgot to shut the door. A couple of days later, someone else just walked in without ringing a doorbell, or knocking. nothing was ever stolen, so that's good- a little creepy-- but I would still come back. Everything else was great- the view is amazing! I slept with my doors open every night- you have a perfect view of the sunset every morning. I loved it!!

Perfect Beach Vacation

We could not have asked for a better rental experience. If you are like me, I read every single review and meticulously scour listings before making a selection. This one was definitely a winner. The views are absolutely gorgeous! The master bed is one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. There was so much room that we were all so comfortable. It’s not mentioned in the listing, but renters have access to the outdoor closet with 8 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and sand toys galore. There is also an umbrella. The facility was great. We grilled on one of the four Big Green Eggs by the pool. We found 24 shark’s teeth, and we thoroughly enjoyed area. There are some very nice public restrooms right by the property on the beach, so we didn’t have to go all the way back to the condo to use the restroom. This was a plus! The property managers were very communicative and so polite. We loved, loved, loved this rental and made wonderful family memories. We would certainly rent again.

Very Clean and Updated

This location was in a perfect location and very clean. There was plenty of room for everyone to be in the main room and not feel like they were on top of each other. No carpet in the entire unit which is a plus when dealing with sand. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautifully decorated but not clean

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. It appeared that the vacuum had not been run. The floors and rugs were covered in sand. The face of the dishwasher had not been cleaned, the showers still had sand in them. The WiFi did not work for the first 3 days that we stayed in the property. When I called to try to fix the WiFi I never received a phone call back. Called the vrbo office during business normal business hours to complain about how the property wasn’t cleaned and that the WiFi did not work and no one addressed the housekeeping issue. The WiFi issued was resolved but I did not like the manner in which it was handled. Someone from maintenance went into the property without our knowledge to fix it. The oven in the property appeared to be newer but did not work very well. I feel the property has potential but not so sure it’s being managed correctly.

The property had a great location. Walkway from parking structure to condo was great. Unit kitchen was well stocked minus a tea pot. Master bath had long hair left from previous tenant. Carpeting needs attention. Living room furniture was well used. Master Bed mattress and mattress pad plus pillows could stand to be replaced. Unit had a great view of the ocean with easy access.

very satisfied overall

We had a family vacation, with 10 of us in total. The kitchen was very well stocked, bathrooms and bedrooms were plenty big enough for our needs. The views were exceptional!!! There were several carts for us to be able to easily take our belonging from the car to the condo. The one down side was the pool. The female pool attendant was unnecessarily unfriendly and the pool water wasn't as clean as I expected. Also, there are signs everywhere saying the entire facility is smoke free yet that was not enforced unfortunately. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, but were frequently forced inside by cigarette smoke from a balcony near us. But the condo was excellent and the check in, check out process was effortless.
