"This well-stocked 3-bedroom, 3-bath unit was perfect for our family. It was on the 8th floor of the Jasmine Tower of North Beach Resorts, a great, all-ages property. We only experienced 2 minor hitches, and both were resolved quickly, thanks to responsive communications with Brittain. Have already recommended this unit to others, and hope to visit again soon!"

"Communication with the host was very easy, quick with fast response. Check-in and out instructions were well detailed and on time. The location was ideal ! Superbe view, nice quiet beach away from major tourists area but close to everything we needed within 15 minutes drive. The building and amenities are very well maintained (impressive !!). The parking garage is a little bit narrow, but it is easy to maneuver. There is always plenty of space to park. The condo itself was clean, nicely...

"We stayed from Thursday to Sunday and had a great trip, lots of relaxation and laziness. Exactly what we were looking for. Room was clean and the view was beautiful. We had a great time. "

"Overall impression was great. Pool was great and rooms were clean. I was in contact with the owner for an ice maker issue and they responded within minutes to tell me that someone was coming to repair. Repair man came and we had ice once again. There were 12 of us and they all had a great stay!!!! We will be using them again if available."

"I was impressed. The place was bug free and clean. There condo isn't a 5 star resort and has some cosmetic outliers but everything functioned properly. For what we wanted out of the place, and what we got, it earned 5 stars. Recommendations would be to add some better cookware and replace the board games. Great place to stay and cost effective considering its right across from the beach. "
