This 2 BEDROOM, 2 BATH CONDO is located DIRECT OCEAN FRONT on the 3RD FLOOR of Tower 2. You have full use and ACCESS TO ALL OF THE AMENITIES within the 3 towers. Breathtaking East Coast sunrises with waves crashing on the beach is a perfect way to enjoy your morning coffee. Take in a deep breath of ocean air and admire the beauty of the beach. It will remind you you're on vacation - relax. After a long day of sight seeing, a jacuzzi tub located in the master bedroom will ease you back into relaxation. This unit will sleep 8 with 2 queen and 2 full beds. The spacious condo has a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN for those days when you just want to dine in and relax on the beach. No need to use the on-site laundromat, there is a WASHER/DRYER in the condo to help keep those beach towels and swimsuits dry for daily use.

RESORT AMENITIES include: 6 outdoor and 8 indoor pools/kiddie pools, indoor and outdoor lazy rivers and numerous whirlpools, fitness room, arcade room, convenience store and gift shop, business center, Blue Room Café (fantastic breakfast buffet), Sandtrap Sports Bar & Grill and Fishtails Beach Bar featuring live music throughout the summer.

The Bay Watch Resort and Conference Center is located oceanfront in the heart of NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, conveniently located near Barefoot Landing (2 miles away), Alabama Theater, Alligator Adventure, House of Blues, Colonial Mall and Tanger Outlets. Nearby restaurants include Dagwood's, Joe's Crab Shack, Wild Wing Cafe, River City Cafe, Cracker Barrel, Greg Norman's Australian Grill and Ultimate California Pizza (all within 2 miles).

Go where the locals go! You have MURPHY'S ON THE OCEAN! Start your day off right with an ocean front breakfast, they also serve lunch and dinner and offer live music most nights. Next door is SNOOKY'S ON THE OCEAN which has a roof top bar, beach patio & inside dining. Try The "DUCK DIVE" Bar & Grill for a "grove bowl" or the best burger on the beach along with live music on their outside deck several nights per week! A short ride away you will find FILET'S WATERFRONT right on the intracoastal waterway, CLARKS SEAFOOD & CHOPHOUSE on Coquina Harbor or COOPERS TAVERN on Rt 17 which is a brand new undiscovered gem!

**SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $200 IS REQUIRED 2 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK IN**

CANCELLATIONS THAT ARE MADE MORE THAN THIRTY DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL WILL BE REFUNDED 50% OF THE DOWN PAYMENT. CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES THAT RESULT IN A SHORTENED STAY, THAT ARE MADE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL, FORFEIT ALL MONIES PAID UNLESS THE CONDO IS REBOOKED FOR THE SAME RENTAL DATES & RATE. IF THE PROPERTY IS REBOOKED FOR THE RENTAL DATES (PARTIALLY OR FULLY) A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE RATE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO REBOOK THE PROPERTY FOR AT THE LAST MINUTE, MINUS A $100 CANCEL FEE.

IN CASE OF A HURRICANE, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THERE IS A "MANDATORY" EVACUATION ORDER GIVEN FOR THE AREA THAT THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN. AT THAT TIME, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY UNUSED PORTION OF RENT FROM DATE EVACUATION ORDER STARTS TO THE DATE THE EVACUATION ORDER IS LIFTED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN OUTSIDE OF THE EVACUATION ORDER DATES.
